Well configuration is what it says on the webpage. I assume it is limited to if you wanted the bed setup as a king or two twins and doubt you can change the direction. Thanks everyone for the feedback. I think I will figure it out once we get on the boat as it sounds like the stewards are used to not getting the right information.

I just checked in for our cruise on Beyond (12/22 Panama Canal) and the bed configuration is listed as "unknown". Is it possible to specify this online? If not is it worth waiting on hold to deal with it, or just tell the steward when we get on board?

We are preparing to sail on Beyond on 12/22 to the Panama Canal. I just finished the online check-in process 🙂 Our group includes my tween who is a technically skilled and proficient trouble maker and my technically inept elderly mother who are sharing a room. Their reservation is linked to my reservation. What can be done from their accounts and the app. Is there a way to lock down their app accounts to prevent issues (both intentional and accidental)?
