advice requested for last-minute cruise--please help!

Hello, my extended family is traveling on a Carnival cruise in 2 weeks. I didn't book the cruise because I thought I couldn't go--but now I can go on that cruise! Unfortunately, the cruise appears to be sold out. Does anyone have advice on seeking a last-minute cruise? Does anyone have any travel agent recommendations? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
