Yes at least they are "consistently inconsistent" . But it worries me that you got your response back so quickly.
And to add to the inconsistency, I never did get a reply from Carnival Australia asking them to apply my OBC manually - but my travel companion got an email from them to say they had applied the credit, and she never got a response from her Stockperks application - other than the initial "Perk redeemed" autoresponse.
Anyway, we both asked our travel agent for an updated invoice, they were emailed the same day and show the new OBC total.

Hi, Perthlings,
Can I ask....., on you final successful attempt to redeem your entitlement, how long after Stockperks advised that they had sent you application through to Cunard, did Stockperks confirm your successful application ?????.
I got the confirmation within 7 hours.
The "New Perk Redeemed" email came in at 12:45 and the "Successful OBC Application to Itinerary" at 19:19, both on the 31st of January (Perth time)
But I applied for my travel partner's Stockperk on Friday morning and that one hasn't been approved yet, so it seems they are consistently inconsistent.

Unfortunately - as already pointed out by others - that info is only available via your travel agent.
You will need to ask them to generate you an up-to-date booking confirmation / tax invoice.

So we've got:
- StockPerks (apparently) submitting our info to Carnival UK - who decline the request with "the reservation details are for a different cruise line"
- Carnival UK's email address telling us to talk to Carnival Australia
- And Carnival Australia telling us to use Stockperks. 😵
While waiting for Carnival Australia to respond I figured I'd try the StockPerks method a third time - and to my huge surprise it worked this time 😯
So @XLCAPRIES it looks like Stockperks and/or Carnival UK have quietly fixed things in the background and haven't clearly communicated this to anyone.
I do note that it says "onboard credit of AUD 250.0" when on my previous Cunard cruise I got USD 250.0 which is AUD 380.
Hopefully that's just a problem with the message template, I guess I'll find out soon when I get my updated invoice.

So, Shareholder Carnival UK have requested, the Shareholder Benefit Team at the Carnival Australia Group, (just around the corner from me in Chatswood) to process my claim, so if you booked Cunard in Australia, it's implied that you go to your local Cunard shareholder group rather than StockPerks or Carnival UK as "Perthlings" has advised(thanks).
I got a reply from Carnival Australia 10 days after submitting my request through them
Unfortunately it was a copy/paste response telling me to use StockPerks!
So we've got:
- StockPerks (apparently) submitting our info to Carnival UK - who decline the request with "the reservation details are for a different cruise line"
- Carnival UK's email address telling us to talk to Carnival Australia
- And Carnival Australia telling us to use Stockperks. 😵
How hard can it be?

it would seem odd if the UK is looking at shareholders in Australia,
All shareholders have to purchase from either the NYSE or the London stock exchange, and all bookings go via the same website (cunard.com) so I'm not sure why people in each region need to go via their specific team.
For HAL shareholder benefits requests I've only ever used their global email address, and not had a problem.
World_Cruise_Reservations AT hollandamerica.com as listed under their "NORTH AMERICA BRANDS" on the shareholder PDF.
But when I emailed the UK address for my first Cunard cruise last year (because I made the assumption Cunard is a "UNITED KINGDOM BRAND") I got a reply telling me I had to talk to the Aussie crew instead.
If I hadn't had that experience I would have been doubly confused about the "Your recent OBC claim was rejected by Cunard as the reservation details are for a different cruise line." I got when I tried stockperks.
They seem to be running them as separate companies, depending on which country you've booked in, and even though it all goes to the same database they can't or won't help you.
And instead of the useful response I got last year telling me to talk to Cunard Australia, I assume via stockperks they can only select from a set number of choices when rejecting it, so they respond with the ever helpful "a different cruise line" when they really mean "a different regional office for the same cruise line"
On the plus side I still got USD$250 OBC, not the AUD$250 I was expecting after being told to deal with the Australia brand.

even one(Perthlings) advising contact the Australian contact, that being probably the old process.
Yes I'm pretty sure the new process is not available to Aussies. Which is unfortunate because the old process is slow and inefficient.
I emailed the Carnival Australia address on Monday and the only response I've had so far is the automatic "We aim to respond within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your email."

I just tried the new process for my upcoming Sydney-Tokyo cruise.
My brokerage statement was accepted but within 24 hours after applying for the "Cunard" perk I got the email:
- Your recent OBC claim was rejected by Cunard as the reservation details are for a different cruise line.
I had a similar problem for my previous cruise (my first time with Cunard) when I emailed their "UK brands" email address as listed at https://www.carnivalcorp.com/shareholder-information/shareholder-benefit/ but was told to email the Australian address instead.
So perhaps the new process is only for US/UK cruises and we antipodeans need to stick to the old method for now.
I'm grateful that at least Carnival corp has moved into the 20th century and allows emails, not so long ago snail-mail or fax was the only way.

No squeezing past folk needed to enter the laundrettes on QE/QV.
I found I kept having to get the person ironing to either move aside or stand real close to the ironing board to make room. At least on deck 4.
And my beer belly isn't that big.

Just be careful opening the door. Machines go all the way to one door, and the ironing board is near the other door, so you might bump someone.
And there's very little room between the ironing board and the aft bulkhead, so I preferred entering via the starboard door even though my stateroom was on the port side - but midships so it was only a minor diversion through stairwell A.
That way I could avoid trying to squeeze past whoever was ironing at the time - at least until the iron broke about halfway through the voyage and wasn't fixed before the end.

It is odd that Cunard have apparently not released any of the QE dress code and theme schedules beyond the end of the Australia/New Zealand season in March 2024. I have not heard from anyone yet about the schedules for QE's repositioning cruise from Sydney to Japan on March 10, 2024 or any later cruises on QE.
I'm on QE's Sydney-Tokyo repositioning cruise in March, and can confirm that today it still says:
"The dress code will be available closer to departure."

New process for claiming shareholder OBC
in Cunard Line
Posted
Yes, this is what I submitted successfully in January for my March cruise.
The only difference is I redacted my name (in red) for cruise critic only, I of course had my name on the image I submitted to stockperks.
Everything else redacted here (in black) I redacted before sending to stockperks and they accepted it without issue.
