Crown Princess Reviews - should we be concerned?

I just came back from the Crown Princess after a 10-day trip to Mexico from SF. I've never been on a cruise before so I have nothing to compare it with. The ship is a bit old, and one of the ceilings above the coffee station in the buffet leaked every day. The staff just put a bucket under it and did not bother fixing it. The pool was never heated. Overall, it was an average experience.
