Hi Turtles06, sorry for the late reply. We were able to get a taxi inside the port compound as you leave the animal park/ gift shop. There were “official” ? Taxi drivers who were mainly after tour customers but we got a taxi but felt we had been overcharged $20 one way into Cartagena to join an already booked walking tour of town and old town. We flagged an “orange public taxi” back and it only cost us $10? HIH others

Hi, do NCL provide shuttle buses from Cartagena cruise port into town? If not what’s best way to travel in?
