Hi Rina, I've just read your post re Japan. We are booked on a 12 day Best of Japan tour on the 9th April 2024. Can you advise me on the following: How much currency do I need to take on board - US$? Hi, we are travelling on the 12 night tour of Japan on the 9th April 2024 with Celebrity Millenium. As we are not doing the cruiseline shore excursions, can someone please let me know how to and how long it takes to get from the Port into Kyoto to do our own exploring? Really appreciate ANY advice as I'm getting stressed out that we won't have time to make some local guided tours that start early mornings. Thank you.
