I emailed head office Guest Support last Tuesday - no response as yet.

Thanks! It's very interesting as I saw the notice in the Herald on our last day aboard (we left one day early). I called Guest Services to enquire how to get the "electronic" guest survey. I was told a link would be emailed to me after disembarking. They asked to confirm my email address and the correct one was on file.

Just wondering - has anyone who disembarked the Sojourn in Taiwan recently received an invitation to submit a guest survey?
