My husband & I are looking at taking a cruise on the Venezia 5/27 - 6/6. We will need to fly in, probably into LaGuardia. Have to be honest, I'm a little intimidated leaving out of NYC since it has been at least 40 years since I've been there. We usually drive to our cruise ports but NYC is too far for us. We are trying to decide between flying in late (can we spend the night at the airport?) vs flying in on the morning of the cruise, arriving around 10am. If we arrive in the morning, what are our best options for getting to the cruise port in a timely manner. And what time would we need to get there by, so as not to miss the departure? What have others done in similar circumstances.
