Yes, it would make sense.... but...

We bought NextCruise booking $200 deposit on our last day of the cruise. The NextCruise agent explained us that we can use this credit with RCC or any travel agencies. When we found a great deal and decided to book a cruise it turned out that our nextcruise booking credit was not available for us since it had already been transferred from RCC to another travel agency(surprice, we didnot ask about it). We sent an email to RCC and tried to move our NextCruise credit back, but it was takibg looong time. So we made a decision to book our next cruise without this booking deposit since the deal was great. Only yesterday we got an email from RCC that our deposit is back to RCC. I'm wondering if we can stil use it towards our cruise..?... Any thoughts?...
