The cruise I went on recently bills $20 per person for the cabin staff gratuity. That seem quite a lot. They aso charge 20% on speciality dining and 20% on the drink package cost, about $150. I averaged about 3 glasses of wine a day at $10+ $2 gratuity + 47c tax. I was billed 47c each time since the rest was prepaid. Question, since only $42 of the drink gratuity was used. Who pocketed the rest? Given I only spent $210 on drinks it was actually more than 20% on what i used. To be constantly pressured for tips above 20% seem unreasonable

I booked the.they told me to wait in the hotel lobby. They didn't turn up. I called, he told me he'll talk to the boss and hung up. I called several times like 20 o 30, couldn't get thru. They blocked me. I didn't get a refund. I'm disputing the transaction with my cc company. I booked a Uber. You better off with Uber or just about anything else. Cruise company transport is usually reliable but the don't usually do hotel pickups just airport, if you arriving the same day as the cruise that work

On Norwegian Hawaii cruise. I got there, got in line and was on board by noon, they took my suitcase so I was able to get off go to a couple stores get back on, gave lunch and waited on deck till my room was ready. I'm just going to get in line for this cruise and see what happens. Sitting on the dock with my suitcase for 5 hours do not appeal

People say you pick a check in time not a boarding time but if you check in online before the cruise why do you need a check in time?. I was told I could board from 11.00 am but online checking show only late afternoon times
