This actually answers a question I had. I'm travelling to Southampton the day before embarkation and staying overnight. But I wondered if I would have to book a hotel the night after I arrive as well, depending on what time the ship arrives back at Southampton. I'm travelling by train to the West of England. It looks like it would be straightforward to get back home on the day.
