Hubby and I just received a generous gift card for our upcoming cruise. Upon calling Celebrity, they just told me that it can only be used for purchase of a future cruise. Feel so bad for the generous gift that now will go to waste as I feel celebrity is giving us a bad experience even before the cruise starts.
