So there was an obnoxious announcement with singing that woke everyone up I believe at 8am. We were never woken up with announcements in any other day. We probably got off the boat at 9am. Two ships- I’m assuming a full capacity icon and I think adventure of the seas.

Just sailed icon last week. Didn’t have a great experience poor service and too crowded. check in was easy. Our time was 2:30 but we walked in seamlessly in about 5m at 12. out stateroom attendant asked when we wanted our room cleaned but he didn’t adhere to that and came in randomly throughout the week. We got towel animals 3-4 of the nights. towels were a nightmare. I hope we didn’t get charged. There is supposedly a fee if you don’t return them. They don’t really count how many you toss in though. We also got a towel stolen twice during the week presumably from someone who needed to return one and avoid the fee. It’s rude to charge for towels when we paid like 12K for a family of 4 in one room with a fake balcony.

Just sailed on icon to cococay last week. It was awfully crowded, no room in the pool or the first beach to the left. No chairs. Water was cloudy in the lagoon. Water was full of seaweed on the first beach to the left (not sure if that’s breezy bat or chill island. The only area we went with clear water was south beach, but then we say a giant stingray and most people got out of the water. There was a stronger current at south beach.

I wouldn’t. We got off the boat at 7:30am on icon last week. Getting off is relatively quick, though getting on was quicker. We spent about 30m in the taxi line, another 30m in the security line at mia. The airport is awful and slow and not well staffed. I wouldn’t get any flight before 10-11am. Too risky if you miss the flight the airlines are awful with rebooking.

We were on icon and I was really upset to see another ship there. I belief it was adventure. It was awfully crowded. Lines for food, lines for drinks, bumping into people in the beach, no beach chairs. Kids were running into each other at splash away bay. We had an awful experience and thinking to stop cruising with RC as even just our boat felt so crowded. Late July sailing, I don’t know how many guests on board, how do people get that information?
