We used Jiffy Jeff transportation. Amazing!!! Went off reviews and so glad we did! Inexpensive and way safer!! Not to mention friendly and helpful! We took a cab back to the airport and thought we were going to die!!!! Would use Jiffy Jeff again in a heart beat. Google him and his company, you won't be sorry!!

We sailed in 11297, an aft corner balcony port side. Huge balcony. Paid less than $700/pp for seven nights. Bought the 18 drink books for $86 pre-cruise including the tip. Great cabin and cruise. Ate dinner in Galaxy and it was excellent.

Selling Chops for 20% off every day. I bargained for 25% no problem. Ate two nights in Chops and it was not half full. With the "discount " I felt it was worth it.

Recently on Empress. Only one specialty restaurant Chops. Ate there twice. They were offering 20% off every day around the ship. Piano player every night in Schooner bar.

On a recent Empress cruise with the $7.95 charge we tried it twice. Both times it took over an hour. One order was not correct. Total fail. Total ripoff IMHO.

Sailed Empress a few weeks ago. They offered 10 drink cards if you don't want to buy an unlimited package. You can share the drink cards. Chops is the only specialty restaurant. They aggressively offered 20% off at Chops every night. Food in the MDR was good. They did offer lobster one night in the MDR. The $7.95 room service was a fail both times we tried it. Very slow and wrong items.
