I just "won" the 4* WESTIN Seattle for $75.+ tax. PL was showing a "recent winning bid" of $95, so I knew I didn't have to spend more than that. I figured if they were offering it for $95, I should try for less: $80. At the last minute, I changed to $75 because the reservation was for 2 rooms / 4 nights and less than a month away (5/27 - 5/31). I went to the hotel's web site and did a room search for those days: minimum price $186+ tax.:D:D I also splurged on insurance for $5 per night, per room.
