Thank you everyone for your input, I am going to stick with Premium and save a few dollars. Really appreciate your help.

Hi Everyone - Trying to decide between these 2 packages and would love your input. If all I want to do is email, Facebook, Instagram would Premium be ok? What about YouTube? Would I need the Stream package for that? Thanks so much for your help.

I have no clue what the proper terminology is here so forgive me...is it possible to connect my iPad to the tv in the room so we can watch our saved movies on the larger tv rather than on our iPad? We can do this at home with our smart tv without cables but I'm doubting that is possible. Does anyone know about this? If it is possible and if so, what is needed to do it? Thanks so much.

We set sail on the Rotterdam next Sunday and I just realized I don't know how/where/when we obtain our Medallion. Thanks for your help.

We are joining you on the second leg and can't wait. It's our first HAL cruise in nearly 20 years.

Hi Everyone - we are sailing in 11 days and I was wondering if there is a way to see the menus on the app? I've found a sample menu but that is it. Can you walk me through where to find it if it is available? Thanks so much!

Hi Everyone -
Booking specialty dining and can't decide which night would be best. So I'm wondering...
Does anyone here know what nights are the "formal" on the 8 night southern Caribbean sailing on the Beyond?
Do they still have lobster night and if so, any idea which night it might be?
Thanks so much!

Hi Everyone - We are booked on the Rotterdam for 4/7 and cannot wait. The Holland website says that only the Koningsdam has the Freestyle Coke machines but I thought I read somewhere else that the Rotterdam also has them. I know it seems silly but this matters to my hubby. Can anyone confirm if the Rotterdam has them and if they do, where are they located on the ship? His only vice is Mtn. Dew Zero and if they really have those machines he will be thrilled. Thanks!

Hi Everyone - we just booked a HAL cruise for April out of Fort Lauderdale on Rotterdam. We haven't sailed with HAL in more than 20 years. Do they assign boarding times the way Royal and Norwegian do? If so, how do I find out when ours is set for? Thanks so much!

I know some ports are more strict about this than others, does anyone know if Port Everglades is strict or will they let you board earlier?
Thanks

Hi - does anyone know if it is possible to connect my iPad (with or without a cable) to the cabin TV on a balcony cabin on Equinox? I've downloaded a few shows to watch at bedtime and would love to be able to take advantage of the larger screen on the tv if possible. Thanks!

We are waiting on a call back from Celebrity Customer Service (approx 100 minute wait) but I thought I would see if anyone else is experiencing this issue. Our cruise is 40 days out and we paid it in full when we booked but today it shows we owe another $3k for it.

I am on a call back estimated in 100 minutes. Our 8/13 cruise was paid in full and now it shows we owe another $3k so I think something must be going on with their systems.

@graceinga We're going on our first TA in November 2024 hopefully on the Epic unless it's repositioned, and if so then one of the Celebrity ships as a (way more expensive) alternative. Following along your post eagerly to gather information from more experienced cruisers. By the way, Mazel Tov on your retirement! I hear the Villages is a rocking place!
Warmest, Amy
thank you so much Amy. Yes, we moved to The Villages in October 2022 and we love it.

I retired 3 months ago, hubby retires in 15 days...the countdown is real! We've been on 24 cruises but always the Caribbean or Alaska. It's time for us to branch out.
- Is there a time of year that typically has better weather on a TA? We are concerned with boredom on the sea days if we are needing to stay inside more due to the weather.
- Is there additional entertainment, more than what is typically on a 7 night cruise?
- Are there additional menu offerings in the MDR, more than what is typically on a 7 night cruise?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Everyone - We just booked our first ever Celebrity cruise! We sail on the Equinox on 8/13. Does anyone know if we can connect our iPad to the stateroom TV to watch movies I have downloaded? What cords or things would I need if it is possible. Thanks so much!

Avoiding Windjammer on embarkation day...
Café Promenade (sandwiches and light food)
Sorrento's Pizza (pizza)
Solarium Bistro Buffet
Coastal Kitchen (if you are in a Grand Suite or above)
Johnny Rockets (fee)
Playmakers Bar (bar food - fee)
Boardwalk Dog House (hot dogs)
Park Café (good light food)
El Local Fresh (tacos and burritos)
Thank you so much for such a comprehensive list! I think we have decided on the Solarium Bistro Buffet.

Look in the app at the current weeks sailing and you can see restaurants and open hours.
Interesting. Never thought of that. Thanks for the tip!

We are good with free or pay.

You can use HDMI to the TV on Wonder. Search YouTube on how to do it. It wasn't that difficult and worked just fine.
Thank you so much!

Hi - does anyone know what is available for lunch on WOS for embarkation day? We'd rather avoid the buffet if possible. We are stying in a balcony cabin so we are not suite or key guests. Thanks

Hi Everyone - we are sailing on Wonder of the Seas this Sunday and we are so excited! Is it true that we can stream things from our iPad onto the stateroom tv if we have an HDMI to USB to whatever the connection is on my iPad? I know it's nuts but we like to watch a familiar show or two before falling asleep each night and would love to take advantage of using the stateroom tv vs trying to balance the iPad in-between us in the bed. 😀 Thanks!

Thank you so very much! That was incredibly kind of you to ask.
