I have just had an email from Azamara, outlining the plans for an evening onboard instead of an an Azamazing Evening. ‘Colors of the Caribbean’. There will be 2 shows. We will be told of our time onboard. I appreciate the correspondence and at least knowing now what the plans are. It will be held in St Maarten.

We were on equinox in August. I asked for a kettle for tea. They brought a tray with kettle, cups, and teabags. Also fresh milk was put in our fridge. Have a fabulous time.

I had requested a wine thru the shore side concierge that apparently they dont stock anymore. I emailed the shore side concierge about the issue and she replied that she is "working" the issue with the MCC and suite manager. There was a line at Gastro Bar tonight so I ended up getting a very nice $15 per glass wine at Ensamble that I carried into MC. The MCC on here only talks to the penthouse and royal suite guests. Very sad the deterioration of MC!!!

Really? That’s a shame, We were in a sky suite on Equinox 2 weeks ago and MCC was fabulous. She spoke to us the minute we walked into MC and we were treated so well. I have only been on Celebrity once before and that was in a celebrity suite. Both times were wonderful, although our sky suite experience topped the celebrity suite! I doubt I’ll ever be in a Royal suite or Penthouse. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Aveline. We had a premium Bev package and didn’t get many drinks in MC, so I can’t comment on that. Enjoy the rest of your cruise- you lucky person- I can’t wait to book another!

What is the current limit on wine by the glass for the Premium Beverage Package

I think it has recently changed to $15 on the premium package. I would love to see a wine list since the change. Just wondering has the wine prices now increased.

This is a wonderful review. I cruised once in a celebrity suite when the butler was still serving afternoon tea to the suite, I know this is now in MC. However, is there any daily service of say canapés to the suite now, or is it just on request? We have an upcoming cruise in a sky suite and just wondering what to expect. Many thanks

We are on Equinox in August. We booked directly with UK celebrity. After a price drop we had to cancel and rebook losing deposit. It was still worth it. I made a few phone calls and they would not budge. No OBC, reduction etc. Lesson learnt

This was also available on the Equinox for August. I’ve booked Murano at $30 for the first night. Makes it so much easier than waiting to get on board!. It just appeared on my planner last week.

On the U.K. website it states that sky suites receive Perrier Jouët on embarkation in a sky suite. I don’t think this is the case. Another website error. Unlimited speciality dining would be too good to be true!

So, nothing is automatically assigned? If I get to choose the time when I purchase on line, that should take care of my time concerns.

I’ve just bought Murano for first night of our Equinox cruise. It was on offer at $35. When I went through the purchase, I was able to reserve a time.

I don't know which ship's Martini Bar menu you saw but if it is sailing out of England or Australia the gratuities are included in the base price of the drinks, instead of being added afterwards as we do here.

 

So it's possible that $15 just included the gratuity.

We are boarding the Eclipse on Thursday, I be looking to see if drink prices have increased- particularly at the Martini bar. I will post what I find.

I saw a copy on a Facebook group of the Martini Bar menu. The price of martinis had risen to $15 on that sailing.

It’s if you are celebrating for example an anniversary or birthday on board. You can add it in so they are aware. I’m not sure if they actually do anything. We will be celebrating our 25th anniversary on our next cruise. Our travel agent added it in. I’m not expecting any recognition tbh. Looking forward to the cruise though!

I have just done this very thing! Have just changed our Equinox booking for August from aqua to an S2. We gain premium beverage package and unlimited internet and OBC. We have picked an aft suite. I feel the upgrade was definitely worth it to avail of the suite perks. Haven’t been in a sky suite before just a celebrity suite. Absolutely over the moon and doing the cruise happy dance today! Hope you make the right decision for yourself. I’d go for it!
