Well new trick for Blue Chip. Got on ship told of my offer any days for whole year in veranda just not edge class nice. well went to book today duh. Changed last nite with a new list 3 days after other offer to inside only 120 days out. What ???? they have no idea what is going on. The future booking office. And of course it’s weekend. Nothing like putting it to me and others according to them Looks like as sapphire I’ll just spend my 600 next week on b2b and be on my way. Let’s see what happens next week

Happy for those that will sail. I was cancelled almost 2 months ago. I’m writing writing writing and they ignore my request for a new invoice. I expect a big surprise and want to get my anxieties over having my money for 3 years does warrant attention but no response. I’ve been very happy with the company in the field. Well lucky I do have outside insurance well just went into my acct. I was to go Athens to Ammon surprise they transferred me to Dubai to Ammon. Not exactly what I booked and they of course are selling this trip thousands less. what a mess well I finally got an email after talking to them. I may have trouble. The conceige promised honoring my already paid monies on the April trip which of course was higher this person wrote me and said two options. That trip I had no reason to take and then second choice credit towards another trip. No every time they cancelled they honored my payment well I guess I will wait to get new invoice and May flip out again.

Well finaly after 3 phone calls and the chat which is useless. I got it straightened out Hopefully Chat told me to wait for a call in the next couple weeks No way so finally I got the right department that found a cabin in my category for april. Also Oct was available. Invoice will take a week normal but price is guaranteed for me. Fingers crossed she said ship to be delivered to them Oct 17 we will see again.

I have checked airline today not paid yet. Also sent email to the sunstone company asking if ship delivered to vantage yet. No answer. means nothing but today portfolio says download your travel documents what a laugh. still waiting and I know what the ending is going to be. I would just love to make other arrangements for the month. heaven knows what date they will push it back again to

Got email today says they do air 30 days ahead and no news on this trip so far. I love the trips and the people working on ships but boy the business side is a mess to deal work. How unfortunate

Well checked my airline reservation Nov 5. Well American Airlines said contact travel agent to pay for trip??? I wrote Vantage travel of course nothing. Now today on my portfolio my acct number and reservation number has disappeared. Wow. 37 days to go not good

Well I am scheduled for Nov 5. Heard nothing yet but the ship is still in China. funny but not funny. They are still trying to sell cabins in our trip. ???? More money to hold from last minute suckers. I’m a 3 year sucker probably gonna go longer at this rate

Absolutely a great ship and crew. Hoping the same for the Odyssey just disappointed in customer service and lack of loyalty to faithful cruisers I have done 3 in the last year but nothing

I don’t mind sharing. I am currently ending a trip on the explorer sister ship to Odyssey. Great ship by the way yes I booked this Odyssey 12-2019. Almost 3 years ago. Yes Covid was to blame for most postponements. But vantage does not give refunds if trip postponed it’s in the fine print I talked to the Captain on bridge about Odyssey. Apparently the ship is not perfect and that is the problem he sort of didn’t give me an answer. Problems and money was in his answer 2 months ago this trip said sold out then now lots of cabins available?? lucky you payed now I paid lots more and they will not upgrade me at all. On this trip it took me 4 days to get an upgrade that are promised to President Club. I finally had to go to hotel manager over cruise director and I got it in 2 hrs now I just wrote them about the better cabin being cheaper then I paid please just upgrade me but NO. I’m furious I really want to go but my outside insurance has cancel for any reason and I’m getting there ( sorry for my negativity). And you will get credit not refund this has been going on for years Visa Question. Well I went with them to Egypt last Oct. we got Visa at airport. Jordan no idea. Sorry read between the lines from me. Still after 3 years I am still hoping it goes

Well I am on Explorer now. Went to bridge tour and talked to a higher up who was suppose to be in Odyssey apparently a disagreement about the quality of ship and perhaps a need for more $$$. they are all saying now middle October 🤞🤞🤞 they are trying to sell Croatia coast middle October. We will see

Just got back from Walgreens for test I scheduled. No fee but my receipt said insurance saved me $128.97 i have Medicare. And supplement so far so good for me.

Yesterday at terminal 5 Port Canaveral for Mariner. Almost 1 hr and half to get on ship. Line also in garage
