We will be arriving in Juneau on Princess line. Several in our group want to go eat crabs at Tracy's. How far from the dock is Tracy's Crab Shack. We have one person who has a mobility issue.

Received our cabin assignment today.  Deck 8 verandah mid ship!  Way better than I thought we would get. We were prepared for inside.

Well my phone call must have done something. Just received an email that we have been confirmed for this Saturday sailing! No cabin or boarding pass yet. Fingers crossed.

It's 4 days until the cruise and we have not heard anything from HAL. Luckily we are only 4 hour drive to the port.

if you are staying in a Signature Suite or Neptune they usually have a outlet at the bedside.

The chowder house line was super long...Porthole was about. 30 min wai, if you could find the hostess to give your name.

 

How long of a walk from ship to Porthole?

We canceled two weeks before our cruise and received a full refund on my credit card. 

What happens if you finally get tired of waiting for your refund and dispute the charges with your credit card company. Is that easier?

Go to the theatre -- they were able to access all reservations (except dining) so you should be ok going there.

 

When we cruised (July) - the puzzle room was available to book online about 2 weeks prior to sailing. Everything else was closed, but the puzzle room was open to reserve.

OK, I'm a newbie to the Anthem. What is the puzzle room?

Does anyone know if there is a car rental agency at Cape Liberty? Is there one close by? We are arriving on a Trans-Atlantic and are planning on driving home to N.H.

My husband and I went to the Chef's Table on the Serenade and my husband is not a drinker. The chef came out and presented each course with an explanation of everything that's on the plate. Then the wine server explains why he chose the wine to pair with the course. It is a marvelous dinner. My husband did not feel left out. Enjoy

We've had a connecting room and heard a lot. Now always chose a non connecting room. Also don't like to be above the casino. I guess I have good hearing.

I concur Butler tours (ecouch) are great. They do have smaller vans if you want to arrange a smaller group and go where you want. Ask Ian he can arrange anything you want
