    We will be arriving in Juneau on Princess line. Several in our group want to go eat crabs at Tracy's. How far from the dock is Tracy's Crab Shack. We have one person who has a mobility issue.

    Received our cabin assignment today. Deck 8 verandah mid ship! Way better than I thought we would get. We were prepared for inside.

    Well my phone call must have done something. Just received an email that we have been confirmed for this Saturday sailing! No cabin or boarding pass yet. Fingers crossed.

    Just got off the phone with the resolution department. Our cruise is 1 day 11 hr away and we still don't know if we are going on this cruise! The information email can arrive up to the day of sailing. They did't say that in the stand-by program details. We won't do this again. Not worth the aggravation.

    It's 4 days until the cruise and we have not heard anything from HAL. Luckily we are only 4 hour drive to the port.
