Hi, I dont doubt yo that the menu has been changed in Luminae.
I had sent n email out about changes to MDR, Blu, and Luminae. to celebrity. They called back for two days and three phone calls and emailed me twice. Very persistent to tell me that she spoked with the director of dining to confirm they only made changes to the MDR menu?
I either think that the director is not being upfront to their managers or what else am i to think??

does cabin 9204 have lounge chairs?
-
Thanks so much for taking the time for this review!!
Can you tell me if the MDR still have breakfast hours and lunch hours??
TIA

alright cruisers, i had hoped there was a website that people knew of that might gather that information, guess not.
nevertheless, im going to keep pursuing this data. I would think, maybe erroneously, that other cruisers would like to know it at as well.

oh, covid cases have to be reported to the CDC. but it would be nice if it was also public and easily found
thanks
-
biker19,
thank you for your suggestion
-
Royal has not told me they wont provide the info, they only said it was not on their website
-
i do appreciate how the cdc differentiates between crew members and passengers though
-
Biker19,
yes the CDC is showing many of the sailings with covid cases- is it that hard to know the hard data?
and when he cdc says threshold ? how many is the threshold for Red that would mean return to port?
-
all above correct- but would like to know the numbers? if someone knows where to find it please share
thanks
-
yes, you are absolutely How the cruise handles it is very important.
I think Royal has done an excellent job handling the covid cases, but i personally know of cases not being reported
which is where my concern is
thanks
-
when my father moved to an nursing home, every week they called telling me the numbers with covid
-
i am on hold with Royal now. So far been told they do not publicize this information on their website.
-
it should be public knowledge and easily accessible. I personally know that three families were affected on a recent cruise. One family escorted off and the two others under quarantine
but there was no reporting of the covid cases. Also, CDC has the color status yellow for the freedom of the seas which means it is being monitored and could trun red. If it turns red that it returns to port
thanks

i have found the CDC Cruise flag conditions, but there is no information on the amount of cases per sailings
i know that for the most part each sailings will have covid cases on board, I just want to now HOW many?
thanks
-
where can i find the raw data on the how many covid cases on the recent cruise sailing? Not just royal, thanks
-
totally agree! jut in case i cancelled all more cruise planner purchases in advance
-
i believe, but i may be wrong the poor people that are really sick from the virus or unfortunately dying are the ones that have not taken the vaccine or taken it with just one shot
it is really sad
-
novice here, i saw a video with our ceo and he said there were only 10 outbreaks of the virus which ones were he referring to? and IMHO, if Fauci says he would be more than willing to watch a game with thousands of people who may or maybe not vaccinated masked there is no reason why we should not be cruising with thousands of people who Are vaccinated .. I believe DR Gottlieb made the same point.
Hope to cruise JULY 4!!!

no idea?? Only the wizard knows???

i just googled where is Oasis of the Seas and there is an active gps location for it.
okay, yes your are right, but it was for a special graduation event and that week was the only week to celebrate. If i know definitely it is cancelled i can then book a shore trip to somewhere . I booked this in January so the prices were high!
-
well, maybe when you booked, but the prices i paid were more than i typically paid, but i was okay with that because I knew Royal was struggling.. I truly thought by the summer, or hoped cruising would be close. Oasis is on its way to Freeport, they will probably start a new itinerary from there, thus deleting all bookings in June .

i feel somewhat abused. they took our down payments, excursion money and full payments and keep them afloat. They they cancel at the last minute---- just to great high demand and high prices for a last minute cruise .
i am all for supporting Royal, but i really feel scammed.
I truly believe they know if they will be cruising in June!!! Especially with the Adventure Out. I bet all June will be cancelled and a whole new group of ships with last minute bookings allowed will be avalble, while this whole time i have been attempting to show support, hmph...

ooh, soo soo very sad!!!
