I thought at first I'd get the reduced 3rd person so without it it all added up higher.

I'm kinda upset with RC right now! Wanted to book and take our Granddaughter because of the sale rate for 3rd guest. After I asked my granddaughter to go went to book and what do you know in very fine print it says inside rooms only! I'm clausterphobic so can't handle that. Anyway checked prices for balcony. It showed $749 for balcony but when I clicked it was $979. Do they think we won't notice a $700 price difference or is there something I'm not doing. I've booked all our cruises on line and have never had this happen.

I think Disney puts out their discounts about a month early but if your flexible you can get huge discounts. For instance they have May 4th 6 day Galveston for about $500 for balcony (military discount). We got 4 day Dream balcony for $340 Dec 1 (2012). Not sure about airline but think they are similar.

We were on Allure and the smell would be the worst of the Boardwalk balconys. So many resturants with powerful smells there.

Most people worry about which side the pier is on but I worry about which side the sun is on when sailing. Love siting on the balcony and if your in the sun it cab be terribly hot.

This is a great review and I beleive you are hooked on cruising. I just have to say though it was scary that you went with the guy in Jamacia. Fortunately it was okay but that could have ended badly, but I'm glad it turned out okay.

We are on Allure (7650) adjoining a Jr St. Does the left right thing apply here? I really like having the bed by the balcony.

just wanted to get an update and find out if they are opening the balcony dividers on FOS? we have three E1 cabins and hoping they will. TIA. :)

We sailed 2 weeks ago on FOS and had 3 cabins together and had the sliders opened. It was like having one big balcony.

When are you sailing? My family and I will be on May 30 FOS sailing. I ask because of your username. Hoping there won't be TOO many Aubbies on board...(JK)

Doesn't it bother anyone else that cruise lines seem to be going back to the class system. If you pay for a suite fine, but to limit certain areas of the ship or islands to suite guest just seems wrong to me. If we hit an iceburgh is it suite guest off first? I thought we were beyond that now.:(

I want to book a cruise next summer (2010) from Cape Canaveral. I'm looking at FOS and Carnival Dream. RCL hasn't listed or priced FOS yet but Dream looks very reasonably priced. Only been on RCL once and haven't been on Carnival yet. DH is agreeing to book now, afraid he may change mind later(because of economy). When does RCL list cruises that far in advance and will it be priced close to Carnival Dream? This will make a big difference in our decision.
