    Ok I just went through the steps I took, and made notes.  Try it, hope it works for you.

    go to celebrity website.   Sign in. Click on Manage Trip.  Then scroll down to the last item , which is Upgrade with move up.     Click on that. It takes you to another page.  Then enter your last name and reservation number.   Your bid should come up and the status also. Ie: pending.     Pj

    Well, I think I went to the website, signed in. Then went to check manage reservation. When I did that  there were boxes with different things, like drink pkgs etc.  there was also one to upgrade. When I clicked on that it showed me what I had bid .   Also had the modify/cancel button. When I clicked on it this time, it allowed me to modify.    At least that’s what I think I did.  I was playing around different things but that’s what I remember.  I also sent emails but didn’t get any helpful response.    Hope you have some luck.  I lowered my bid,  now I’m thinking that was a bad move.! 

  3. I’ve never done this before either. I bid on two and they both say pending. I decided to bid on a third one but it seems I can’t do that now.  At least I can’t see how to.   I did eventually figure out how to modify a bid as everytime i clicked on modify , it went to an error page.    I was scared to keep trying in case I accidentally cancelled my bid!

    (cruise is in less than 3weeks.   I’m not saying that we would amend the bid … but I’ve never not had the option of amending a bid previously within the timeframe?

I haven’t sailed on Disney for many years, and have a cruise booked on the Fantasy.  I just read where they do not split beds on the Dream, do they split them on the Fantasy?  I am travelling with a friend and just assumed they would split the beds the same as any other cruise.  I hope that they do.  Thank you in advance pj

  6. I have just seen this sticky and thought I’d try and read about the Ocean Medalions. We are sailing Aug3 and I was unaware that you had to download an App. I did that and it will not accept my reservation number.  So that’s as far as I got.  We are from Canada so am I to understand that we will pick up our medalions at the port check in?  Since it has never been mentioned to us that we will have to check in on an app and order medalions, I’m not sure what we do.    I checked in online more than a month ago, and have the boarding passes and luggage tags, so I thought that was all that was required. 

    So shall we just disregard the fact we can’t check in on the app and just proceed as we normally would have in the past?  Thanks. Pj

  7. I’d appreciate any information about the Sanctuary aboard the Emerald Princess. Does anyone know if you can book it for a day or half day? Or do you have to book for a week?   I’ve seen the video and it looks very nice but they don’t give any other information.  Can you prebook it or only book onboard?  And if anyone has used this service, do you think it was worthwhile doing?  Thank you . 

  8. Thank you for your reply and information. I have been to Gibraltar before, so was thinking this might be something a little different to do. I wasn't sure how long it would take to get there. Maybe we will rethink doing something in Gibraltar. We could just walk around a bit and maybe get a nice lunch, have an quiet day with no rushing around. Sometimes those kind of days can be relaxing.     On the deck plans if you go to Baja deck then mark the box that says connecting cabins it will show those that are.

     

    324 and 326 are.

     

    Thanks. I did that for the Royal and it shows that 332 is a connecting cabin, with 330. Do you know if there is any noise issue with a connecting cabin? I seem to only have a choice of tha cabin, or an accessible cabin. Pj

  10. Just spoke with Celebrity Rep and it's $11.50 per person per day. Same price pre cruise vs on board, you can book anytime during cruise, and both guests do not need to upgrade. We're probably going to wait until Day 2 and may only upgrade one to Premium
