They have spoken to them several times.  Yes, we believe the the occupants are hard of hearing.  They don’t care what what we think.  Now, guest services are ignoring our requests.

It’s been a very frustrating situation.  We continue to work with guest services but they have no available verandas.  They offered to move us to an inside or outside cabin to sleep but our primary challenge is noise between 6:30 am to 10:00 pm each day.  
We had a connecting cabin on the Zaandam with no issues.  Never again! 

We are having a significant challenge with loud talking and conversation.  We have a connecting room that is causing the issue.  I met with guest services three days ago and another rep last night.  We were told that they were looking at changing our room and have been waiting all afternoon for the issue tio be resolved.  Anyone else having similar challenges on this or other sailings.  It has been a frustrating 9 days.  Thanks in advance.

We received the Casino Fare and plan to pay today.  They also offered us to purchase the equivalent of the current “Have it All” options at $50.00 per person per day.  I am wondering if that is so,e thing that is refundable if we had to cancel for some reason?  I am curious if any of you no the answer to this as the HAL system is down.  

I got the offer w $50 free play.  Booked back to back Alaska cruises in July.  There is also an option for $50 per day (drink package, shore excursion and Surf internet package).  That comes after you book.  Trying to decide if I want the the drink package).

Hello, I am looking at the upcoming Hawaii cruise on the Koningsdam.  I have been assigned cabin 4068.  Before I book, I would appreciate input and recommendations on this cabin.  It looks like it is above the casino.  Thank you in advance for your replies!

The CVS store is literally down the street and the test was free.  That’s why.  I will use only at home options in the future.  Thank you.

I just had a Covid Test cancelled with CVS.  Leaving tomorrow morning for Fort Lauderdale.  I’m wondering what options are available?  
I am very frustrated because I booked this ten days ago.  
I would appreciate any thoughts or recommendations you might have for me.  

We are on that cruise and it was purchased as 13 day vs B to B.  I am pretty sure we will be tested.  

I am comparing veranda cabins on the new Rotterdam and am wondering if anyone here has booked a Sun Deck(Deck 11) cabin?  Any feedback you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Direct with HAL and offer came via email today.  Inside to outside w confirmed cabin.  

Just got an upsell offer for 10.2 NA Seattle to Panama Canal.  Thought it was a good and fair deal and I accepted!

There seems to be consistency challenges with the cards.  I completed both doses but do not have a signature for my second shot.  I have a concern if my completed card will be accepted.  I have sent my vaccination record to my insurance company (they currently do not have verification for my second injection) and hoping for some kind of digital confirmation.  I believe that may be helpful for backup and proof that I am fully vaccinated.  This is a bigger concern to me than the three day positive test requirement before cruising.

Hi looking for options on the 16 or 20 day Holland America Cruise (Eurodam)--San Diego to Hawaii sailing April 13, 2019.  Have found some good rates using one of the websites but wondering if this sailing has come up.  Will travel solo and like many, lost my spouse/partner but love to cruise.  Thank you in advance for any suggestions...

I've been having challenges for several days on the website to complete check-in and purchase beverage package (October 28, 2017--Eclipse). It's laughable but not very funny to me!

I am wondering if someone from Celebrity could respond? My drink of choice is Crown Royal and we have a Classic Package for our cruise on the Equinox departing on January 30. I have seen several differing responses and would appreciate something concrete. Many thanks, Greg

Got the Vancouver Hyatt for $103 + Tax via Priceline for May 17-18. Pleased with the hotel, location and price!

We are on the May 18th sailing of the Zuiderdam. I have contacted my TA twice and we are still wait listed for early seating. Hopefully, we will have a shot before departure.

Looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel for Friday, May 17 (one night) in Vancouver. I am reviewing Priceline and Hotwire options. Any suggestions or thoughts? I did see the winning bid for the Marriott and that may help me in bidding (if I use Priceline).
