If you are asking about mahogany bay on roatan, you can easily walk to the free manmade beach. I was very impressed with how well it was built. Lots of loungers. Warning though, we got bit by some version of TX chiggers. Did feel the bites til the next day. Lots of welts on our arms. I suggest the TX pre-remedy.... Take 2 tablespoons vinegar the day before. U will sweat vinegar and they wont bite.

I've been to Nochi before, it caters to the adults only crowd, I loved it, but I think an 8yr boy without a playmate would be bored after one hour.

I'm looking at Sabor resort, same price as Nochi. Anybody heard of this resort?

yes, mahogany bay has shops, very nice cute modern shops. they are setup like a city square (or circle). I found prices to be higher than other ports.

I used Victor Bodden in 2010 and was very pleased with the private taxi tour all over the island.

how did you get a hold of Captain Bryan? I used him in 2006, and LOVED the two stop tour. I want to book about for next month, May.

how about lorazapam? can you find that in Cozumel? or Roatan? or Belize?

When I was in Belize in 2010 I could purchase vicadin and lorazapam in the port area. Is this still allowed in 2014?

Is Ensenada safe now? Wasn't there recently a year or two that cruise ships weren't going there due to the cartels? What tours are "safe" there? I hate using Carnival for tours as they are soooo pricey and not a good value for the money. I usually book my own tours but am leary of Ensenada.
