In California we have a digital vaccination card with name, dates of vaccination and booster and a QR code for scanning issued by the state. Anyone know if this is sufficient?

I received an email today from Azamara announcing their 'Black Friday +Cyber Monday Event' starting today for two weeks. Maybe a Celebrity sale is coming soon.
On another note, a cruise that I have watching for several weeks dropped $400 last night. When I checked it again this morning, it was back up to the previous price.

You can add current offers so that new ones show up. It may be one of the new offers. There is usually 100 offers available. I added 145 offers to my card for the RC offer and never got it. I am still disappointed 😂. I was able to get Celebrity, Delta and NCL added. I would have much rather RC over Delta and NCL. I won't use either.
The AMEX rep looked at my card and said it hadn''t been offered for me to add. I'll try adding a bunch and see if the offers me more.

I called and the AMEX rep said that many of the offers are targeted to specific cardholders. It was not one the 106 available offers for my platinum card and she couldn't add it to my card.

Checked our B2B for October. No change on first, second went up $1700.

I don't get the 14 day rule. Is that new? Our last cruise was October, 2019, I got several price reductions leading up to final payment date and they were approved immediately getting the confirmation email while still on the phone with Celebrity. Never saw any drops in price after final payment.
We have current reservations for October, 2022 and got a same day price reduction two days after booking.

I'm retire police. When I've checked the police and emt button it never has changed the price. When I've added state of residence and Captain's Club number I either get a discount and lose all the perks or the price doesn't change.

They should be sure they tell the agent no changes other than to reprice their current reservation as is. A few years ago I called for a reprice and in the process the agent changed us to a no refund deposit. It took a bit of work to get it fixed.

Thanks no WD. I've received nice drops over the years on trans atlantics but only did the dummy booking. I'll just keep doing that.

A little off topic, but when there is a price reduction is it across all categories of cabins or on can it be on select categories?

Never booked one as we are choosy, but several years ago, on a Summit New England/Canada cruise, we met a couple that had booked a veranda guarantee and ended up with a Family Veranda.

The FAQs on the site says July. Rep zi talked yesterday said October 31. Anyone have a solid confirmation?

Got through, by phone, to Celebrity in less than 10 minutes. He checked and confirmed that you are correct. Also 20% discount set to end November 1 no evidence that it will be extended and Cruise With Confidence must be booked by October 31 , again, no expected extension.

Can't find this on the Celebrity website. If I cancel within the guidelines of Cruise With Confidence, can that FCC be applied to ac cruise already booked in 2022? Still on hold waiting for a rep.

We are on a cruise out of Venice, really Ravenna, next year.
A) Anyone obtained a Covid test in Ravenna and
2) On a back to back do we need a second test, or is that done on board?
We are both vaccinated with a booster.
I know I may be hollering before I've been hit, but just thinking ahead.

Is the Shore Excursion Credit truly only for shore excursions, or can it be an OBC? What if it is not fully used?

Speculation - Black Friday 2021 Specials??

My experience with Celebrity today. I called to inquire if my two October cruises have adjusted down with "Black Friday". The agent changed one cruise without telling me what the difference was. The cruise price dropped by $96, but my OBC went from $300 to $200. She also changed my existing booking on the second cruise changing the 20% off promotion, that I had booked under, applying the 1/2 off promotion which resulted in a $69 increase, no change in the OBC.
As Jim called it, it is a shell game.
Still on the phone as agent is "reaching out for assistance". The call is 1hour and 48 minutes as I write this.
I will update when there is a resolution
