  1. IMO the prices for the drink packages are crazy.  Unless we get a great price for an AI cruise we have been doing the cruise only recently.  DH does not drink at all and I may have a glass of procescco before dinner.

Hello.  Sorry if this has been discussed previously.  Booked a Concierge Class Cabin at the Cruise Only Fare for the December 4, 2023 Silhouette sailing.  I have received the opportunity to do a MoveUp offer on an Aqua Class Sky Suite and a Horizon Suite.  As I booked the cruise only (we are Elite) fare what amenities would we receive if our offer is accepted? Trying to decide if it is worth it.  We usually do Aqua Class which has Blu or Concierge with the speciality dining package for the whole cruise.  Thank you so much for any responses.

Celebrity provides an excellent product I believe.  We sailed the Edge this past January and I was hesitant about the Infinity Verandah.  However, my DH and I both loved it.  It was so cool having that extra space.  The staff were some of the most hospitable people you would ever want to meet.  Always saying hello and asking you how you were doing.  The food in Eden was amazing.  Definitely will sail Celebrity Edge class again.

Celebrity does provide an excellent cruise experience IMO.  The whole world changed during the pandemic and adjustments had to be made for all of us.  The Celebrity cruises we have been on after COVID have been excellent in all areas.  We love the Edge class as well as the S-Class.  My motto:  Keep on cruising for as long as you can.

Thank you for your post.  I am glad to hear you and your daughter enjoyed your cruise.  We leave Sunday on the Summit for Bermuda.  Looking forward to going back to this beautiful island and spending some time on the beach.  Happy to hear the food in Blu was good as we are in an Aqua Class cabin.

We were just recently on the Edge and had a wonderful sailing.   All of the dining room staff were personable and present.  Different menu choices daily.  Enjoyed all of the 4 MDR's.  No complaints whatsoever. My DH and I felt all of the Celebrity Edge staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent cruise experience.  Our sailing was at FULL CAPACITY.  Concierge cabin with the IV was beautiful.  Celebrity still provides a quality product.  I guess each of us has a different definition of quality.

    You have to email the concierge prior to coming to St. Lucia and then they let you know if they have availability.  We have decided to not do it this cruise.  The price point is in my opinion very high.  Thinking of just doing a beach day.

I am so sorry to hear of your health concerns and experience while in Rome.  DH and I were in Rome prior to boarding our RCCL cruise in Civitavecchia (September) when I had a health emergency and was transported to a hospital in Rome near the Colosseum.  The care I received was excellent and all of the medical personnel extremely competent.  Language barrier was an issue at times but the ER Doctor spoke very good English.  However, my health issue was not as serious at the poster's.  We always get our travel insurance with the maximum health coverage.  Continue healing and cruising.
