Enjoying your review. Cruised Symphony last year B2B and had a great time. Going back to the Harmony this November.

I noticed all the T1 pictures.
We hold our mail every time we go south and it has never been a problem. Do it on line in about 1 minute.

Evidentially USPS changed their policy in the past few months. I just held my mail for my cruise coming up on the Harmony. I had to set up an account. I have never had to do this before.

We had about 50 yesterday during “happy hour” in the Diamond/Diamond Plus lounge on Symphony last night...and just 2 waiters. We waited awhile, and the waiters never even made it to our side of the room. Finally decided to forgo the “free” drinks in the lounge and went to the Schooner bar instead to use the loaded drinks on our card. The munchies in the DL were great, the diamonds just outnumbered the waiters by about 25 to 1. Not sure what we’ll do tonight.
That is how it was on the Symphony last December.

When I book through Choice Air for by European cruises, I usually book two one way flights and they end up being cheaper.

Looking forward to your review. I cruised to Hawaii from Seattle in 2013. At that time I said it was a one in a lifetime cruise........but looking at the pictures you have already posted, it is on my list again.

My friend and I just booked the April 9, 2021in Solo Balconies. We tried to book via phone, but were told they were not taking reservations tonight and to call back tomorrow. We were then able to book online.

Went last December. We loved it. Food was very good. We purchased the BOGO and went to Chops and Hooked. If we had gone to Hooked first, we probably would have changed Chops to Hooked and gone a second night.

I cruise solo often. The first solo cruise with Royal was on the Enchantment of the Seas out of Baltimore. There was a solo luncheon that was advertised. We had a meeting place and the Cruise Director actually hosted the event. Several cruises I was placed at large tables of solo cruisers ages 24-60. We all enjoyed the dining experience and even met at different activities during the cruise.

I am Diamond. 2 bottles of water and a coke are in my room when I arrive. I get chocolate covered strawberry one day and usually some type of cookies another day. Nice touch.

Three 16 niter's, one 15 all on Vision, kind of a B4B from Oct-Dec last one ending in SJ. Then one on Serenade next yr.
Yes, I could only find one next year and it was twice the price . I already have my cruises booked for 2019 but always like to have a couple (or more) booked down the road.

Thanks for posting this. I decided I wanted to do Panama Canal next year and noticed only one cruise which is twice the cost of this years. Looks like there will only be one cruise in 2020.

I was on the Symphony last December and had the BOGO. Since this was a B2B we only bought it the second week. We went to Chops on Day 1 and Hooked on Day 4. Hooked was fabulous.

Good to know. I am still holding one from 5 years ago.

Thanks! I have been here several years ago. I may go back again in November.

I would jump on this if I was not already on the Harmony Nov 17-Nov 24. I am not able to take off the week of Thanksgiving, or I would just add this one.

Last month I realized I had not seen a review from Radio for a while, so I searched for his threads. He was recently on a Carnival cruise, and did a daily review.

I cruised Symphony the last week of Nov and first week of Dec and they did not have luggage valet in Miami at that time.

That is what my friend and I did on our last B2B. I am diamond and she is diamond plus. We used my free day and then used her two days toward the remainder of the cruise.

My friend Kristin and I were on the last cruise before the TA. We both were unhappy with the food and the service in the dining room. We blamed it on My Time Dining, although our last few cruises we have had My Time and it was very smooth. This time not so much.

Really enjoying your review!
Dh and I were on MSC Seaside three weeks ago and it was great that they matched our status, but it just doesn’t compare to RC.
I really laughed when you posted that MB said everyone should try MSC, because they would come back to RC.
It is definitely true!(or was that CLR that posted MB’s comment?)
Seaside is a beautiful ship though!
MSC Seaside is a beautiful ship, but very confusing to get around I thought. While I had a good cruise, it was not my most enjoyable one for sure. Royal beats their entertainment hands down. I am looking forward to my B2B on Symphony in Nov.

Maybe he books the comedians too.
Hopefully he is not the one that books them. I did not enjoy the ones that were on Harmony first 2 weeks of December 2016. Simeon was much funnier. Can't wait to see him again on the Symphony.

I had a studio cabin booked on the Symphony, but they emailed me to let me know there were not built. They changed my booking to an Inside and I was able to keep the Studio price.

I was only able to see the initial price, but not try to go through and see the final price.
