I guess I thought the prices on the celebrity website would reflect what you pay at the speciality restaurants on board. I know they offer discount packages but not on a 5 day cruise. We did get 20% off the first night. Still not sure why they do not offer a dinner package on a 5 day cruise. The speciality restaurants were not that busy.

Did the prices increase recently in the speciality restaurants? We just got off the constellation and oceanliners was $50 pp and tuscan grill was $45 pp.

Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this. Have you been able to book the ultimate dining on a 5 night cruise?

We did an Antarctic trip which included South Georgia when my son was 14. He loved it and I know it will be a trip he will always remember, but he has traveled a lot. We did have one boy about 5 or 6 and that was definitely too young. I would wait at least until they are 10 and maybe even longer. Of course you know best on how your children might enjoy such a cruise. When we were on the ship, one of the members of the cruise told us stories about some kids never leaving their cabin for any of the excursions, just playing games. Can you image spending all that money for a once in a lifetime trip only to have them never leave the room!

We are on the constellation in March on a 5 night cruise. I called today and they said the dining packages were all booked. Has anyone had any success booking a dining package for a shorter 5 night cruise once onboard?

Does anyone know if they offer the ultimate dining package on a 5 night cruise? We will be on the constellation in March and would like to sign up if it is offered. I heard on shorter cruises it is not typically offered because speciality restaurants are usually in higher demand.

I always pick up my things when leaving and if I want to sit down again I just find another chair. If everyone just did this, things would be so much nicer. I agree it is frustrating when you see a chair "reserved" for hours.

I will ask this question another way. I am booking a Celebrity cruise in 2015 with 2 cabins. My son will be traveling with us but is not sure what friend or relative will be going with him. Can I book the 2nd passenger name as TBD in his cabin?

We are planning a cruise in 2015 and will get 2 cabins since there are 4 of us but my son does not know who will be traveling with him yet. Since I do not have a 4th name (2 in our cabin and 2 in my son's cabin) Do I just book it as reserved passage for the 4th person?

With so few Unlimited packages available, we will book the 5 night speciality package and hope to upgrade it when we board and look to have a credit go to the unlimited if we are lucky enough to get one

Do you think it would be better to take the 5 night package. Can you upgrade it on board? I would be concerned that I may not be able to get the package with so few available

Has anyone had trouble getting this package when they boarded the ship? Did they run out of the offer. I heard they only offer a few of these. The first day you sign up did they select the restaurant but you selected the time? Can you also tell me once you board where do you need to go to get this package?
