Thank you all for your advice!

We are staying at Shades of Green prior to our cruise out of Tampa. It's an hour and a half away. Taxis and shuttles seem very expensive. I hate to rent a car for just an hour and a half, and I dont know how to handle dropping it off. Any ideas? Thank you.

We are booked on the 15 day repo cruise from NYC. A spa cove balcony room. It seems like we have forever till then!!

We are booked for the Sept 30, 202p repo cruise. We have a spa interior, deck 17. So excited! I think what type cabin you book is just personal preference. We never book a balcony, we love a cozy interior. But we do love the spa amenities, so that's our little splurge. We like the serenity deck, too, so I guess that's our way of getting away from the lido madness. But we enjoy the lido for movies, food, and people watching. Either way, suite, balcony, interior, etc, I bet we will all just love our 15 day cruise, I know I will.

I think Matt is wonderful. Sailed with him twice, and we saw an entertaining, energetic, and extremely nice man. Watched him push a child around in his wheelchair so he could participate in the sail away dances, has helped us personally with our luggage, and led me by the hand to a front row seat in the theatre when I had knee problems.

I have an artificial knee. Sometimes I get the pat down , sometimes not. The last time thru airport security, a very nice woman officer did it. She struck up a conversation with me concerning artificial knees. She said her mother had the surgery, and how she could tell I'm swollen. I was, and she said she messaged her mom's knees for her. Just saying, the agents aren't trying to embarrass you, they are just doing their job. It's a by product of a knee replacement, but I would rather get patted down every time than the misery I went thru with a bad knee.

We took our son with autism when he was 9. He loved the kids club! They were wonderful with him. Let your dining room team know about his love for pbjs....they will make them and treat him wonderful. You can request a table for just your family if you're worried about that...message John Heald 3 days before your cruise. Have a wonderful time!

Thank you for your review. We are on the Magic for a B2B end of Jan. We have everything planned except Belize. Does the excursion cost include drinks/alcohol?

You pay after the meal...but you can just cancel the mistaken booking and rebook it how you want it.

We were on the Vista last year and got to watch a great proposal cruise director Matt Mitchum arranged. It was during the "white night" party. Matt made it so special for them. I would contact him.

Thanks for the heads up. I was planning on paying off my 2 cruises in Nov. But bought the gift cards now and paid them off. We were planning on switching phone plans anyway....so now we can say goodbye to Verizons high prices. We only kept them because of the Carnival gift cards.

Levi Baron and Bumping tours was one of the BEST tours we have ever been on! I agree with the posters that love him!

The ecards and gift cards are still in stock. $500 and $100 for both types. I just purchased 2 $500 ecards to pay on my cruises.

Also, everything that shouldnt "show" is well taped in. Dancers use a special costume tape that holds very well. Never seen a malfunction!

I am just back from the Vista 8 day also. I was slightly disappointed in the ship. My main problem was the show lounge. Way too small and awkward seating. You had to go very early and wait a long time to hope to get a good seat. Also I agree with the kack of bar service, particularly on tge serenity deck. But my biggest issue was CHAIR HOGS! On every open deck, it was nearly impossible to get a lounge chair. Also, anytime dining was not a great experience. A table for 2 just meant you had a couple of inches between us and other diners. It was ok, just not ideal. On the plus side, we loved our spa cabin, and Matt Mitcham was an amazing cruise director. All in all, I will return to the Breeze class ships in the future.

Last year we booked a spa cabin for the first time. I felt like we discovered gold! We enjoyed the spa all week, and the close proximity to the serenity deck. It was well worth it. We also watched our first dive in movies on that cruise, and couldn't believe we didn't do that before! Such a great way to end the day!

I just found this review and want to thank you for such an awesome job! I literally cheered when I read the post of you winning at bingo! Good things come to good people, congrats! Your family is lovely. Please thank your husband for his service ( I know, he loves his job, after 22 years and 8 to go), but he truly deserves all of our applause and gratitude. Thank you and your sons for your sacrifice, as well. My hubby is retired Airforce, and works at the VA medical center now. We appreciate you all so much, and no one deserves great vacations more than our servicemembers and their families do.! We sailed on the Breeze a month before you did, so I got to relive it all over again. Loved all the pics!

I have a cruise booked in Feb, 2017. I noticed on my cruise docs it says check in time 2.30-3.00. That seems like a really late check in time for a cruise a year away. Its on the Vista. I didn't get to pick my time, it just gave it to me. I've never boarded that late before. Don't know what we will do until then.
On board birthday ideas for husband?

My husband and I got married ON his birthday! Our 1st cruise was our honeymoon, 15 years ago. We cruise every year for our anniversary/ slash his birthday. I always book the steakhouse for that night. He usually gets us a bottle of champagne, or we bring one onboard for just that night. Last year, we were in the port of San Juan on our date, so we had lunch and drinks at a nice rooftop restaurant. We do something special each year, but his favorite is the steakhouse.
