  1. Hello: We are new to HAL but not new to cruising. I have taken advantage of price reductions before on Azamara and RCI. My question is, we are booked on a cruise tour with HAL July 2016 but I can't seem to find a way to price this out on my own without making a rebooking each time. Also, would HAL honour other companies (such as Expedia,Travelocity, etc) who offer a cheaper price?

I would appreciate any help with this.

    Cheers,

  2. Hi.....I'm just starting to plan our cruise tour to Alaska next July.....just wondering about your comment "holding tank of McKinley Lodge". Would you be kind enough to elaborate? I would really like your opinion.....I have to make some decisions rather quickly and would love to hear your thoughts. You have such a wealth of info.....thanks so much.

  3. Can anyone explain to me this package? I have spoken to RCI reps twice and received two different prices. One said $183 and the other said $210 for 5 bottle package. I asked which wines would be included in this package, and neither person could tell me. Has anyone out there bought this package? Is there somewhere on the website that I can view the possibilities for this package? Maybe it's just me but I don't see how they arrive at the prices as most wine lists include wines of many different price ranges. Thanks for your help. We sail in three weeks on Legend of the Seas.

  4. I have called RCI twice about the 25% off wine package. I have been told by two different people that I can book a package of 5 bottles of wine and receive a 25% discount. Each person quoted me a different price. One quoted $183 and the other $210. I asked each of them how they arrive at that price, given that all wines on the menu will be a different price. I couldn't seem to get an answer. The last person I spoke to from RCI said I would have to go to Guest Relations once on the ship to book a package!

All I wanted was to see a wine menu - and no one could show me where it was on the website or what prices were of specific wines or even if specific wines I asked about were available. Is this the norm for everyone or am I missing something or asking the wrong questions? Help! I know some of you reading this can explain this process to me. Thanks for your help.
