Yes please 😀  I've been to Taormina and love it there but the Godfather part of this excursion looks great also!

Same questions I was about to ask.  Was hoping you had a better experience.   I was considering the similar ships excursion but dreading the cable car back down.  The one recent review on the Carnival website isn't very good.  At least I have a little time to decide which stress level I want to have that day 😀

Just learned about Sandra's Cruise Tours.  Thinking of doing this one next year.  Can't wait to hear all about it.

When I was in Venice in May, I had a 25 inch bag & backpack.  We stayed near Piazzale Roma and only one bridge to deal with.  That experience is my motivation for COO next time 😄

You mentioned that your last train segment was a regional train. Did you have to make a change? 

I'm just starting to research the train from Rome to Venice and thought the Frecciarrosa trains were direct to  S Lucia station?  I'm finding the Trenitalia website a little confusing.

Following!  Looking forward to your review.  I'm doing this cruise in October 2024 with 2 of my son's.  This will be our 3rd try as we were also canceled in 2020 & 2021.  Do you know what the latest time to board the cruise?  We will have 1 night before the cruise and trying to plan our limited time in Rome before boarding.   Also going to Venice post cruise so very interested in your train experience 😀 

Just off Mardi Grad yesterday.  We were in Grand Turk on Thursday and no one asked for anything.

@saintgreg..thanks for the great review.   We are leaving on Friday for Panorama on American Airlines.  Just one more thing to stress about beside covid testing on Thursday 😃

Were you notified by Carnival?  We are on the 11/6 sailing and I can see that the ports have been reversed in my planner but our shore excursions were not switched.  The excursion I bought for Cabo is now listed on a sea day.  Haven't gotten any notification from Carnival.

Just returned from Alaska yesterday. We flew with Randy @ Mountain Air on August 20th and had a great flight. It was a beautiful sunny day in Ketchikan and highly recommend Mountain Air!

Beautiful pictures. We are doing this same cruise on August 26th. I hope we have just as nice weather as you had. Was there enough viewing space outside for everyone on the boat? I'm having a hard time figuring out if I'm planning to many layers for this cruise. Planning on leggings underneath jeans and having rain pants with me if needed. Just having a hard time wrapping my head around this sitting home in 85-90 degree heat & humidity :-)

I am! We leave for Barcelona two weeks from Thursday :D Just bought my wifi package so I can Instagram the trip ;)

Thanks for the review. We were on this cruise and also booked with Fat Fish Adventures. Now I understand how they already knew about the itinerary change and wouldn't arrive in Grand Cayman until Thursday :) I used the onboard computers using the by minute plan to email them was able to get in touch using my cell phone on Thursday morning. I'm platinum and wish I had thought of going to GS to see if they would let me use their computer/phone :)

We still had a great time despite the challenges and can't say enough about the crew and the service they provided.

My sister and I are on Splendor on 9/14..... loving your review... can't wait for
