Go to the Galveston County website for arrests about an hour later and you will see the address of the cruise terminal, the persons name(s) and the reason for arrest along with the county or agency where the warrant was issued.
The cruise manifests are run while the ships are at sea and Galveston County SO contacts the agency holding the warrant to see if they want to extradite. Early in the morning prior to arrival of the ship you can see a small group of LEO vehicles from all over waiting for the special guest to arrive. It happened as recently as Saturday when the Breeze and Vista were here.
Don't go on vacation and come back on probation...

Yep, watched that happened just a couple of years ago with the lady right in front of us in Galveston... All the interior lights started flashing and we were wondering what the heck was going on. Did not take long to see some lady handcuffed and escorted off in cuffs by two.

I just printed my paperwork after checking for the October 9th cruise and it says the arrival time on October 16th in Long Beach is 9am! We changed our SWA flights from the 10:40 am flight back to SLC
to later in the after noon.

I did not jump on the Panorama offer 'cuz I am already booked on that in October, but I did jump on the offer for the Vista (I know different thread) for July 10th and even scored a Havana inside for $391 total for two. These casino offers were CRAZY. Enjoy the Panorama and congrats on that score!

Don't know if it was a good deal or not but the option was there. I had to use up a FCC before I left New Jersey for my sister's in Oregon. Was able to pay it off with $1100 OBC ( left over money). Then I realized Hey, no Drink charges!

We used our RU2 rate with our OBC which was at $1125, so still plenty of OBC left. We are NOT big drinkers so, all the extra coffees etc will be great for us. Enjoy!

Not a big spender in the casino AT All. Just those penny machines. That being said I too, got the offers from inside to balconies, so I jumped on the offers and booked 3 as I already had two cruises that have been booked for years and I have just kept moving them around after being canceled. Bring on October 2021 and 2022. Then I am thinking 2022 should be a great year to retire. .

I am at 193 days with my next cruise booked and it's a 7 day. Diamond is at 200. i just looked at my docs for this cruise and next to my name says, Diamond! So yes, you will get your Platinum status! Congrats and enjoy the laundry perks. That's my favorite perk. LOL

I have LOVED being Platinum and two of the perks of getting on ship early and those 3 bags of laundry!!!! ENJOY! But, in just 50 days I will be DIAMOND and I am so excited and looking forward to the same two favorite perks of boarding early and unlimited laundry. It has taken me FOREVER to get to this point. Again, Congrats and Enjoy being Platinum....

I personally think it is all in who you get when you call to change the offered. It has not worked for me in the past and it has also worked NOT for me in the past.... for my Panorama cruise in April 2020 it worked. Good luck and always worth a call.

After you check in at the terminal and the ship is cleared to start the boarding they will begin with Wedding groups (if there are any), Diamond & Platinum guest and then those with FTTF. Then everyone else after that.

I bring my own mug and tend to go to the same bar on the Lido deck each time. Those bartenders are amazing at remembering guests and by day two they know just what you want to drink and your first name....

Absolutely love the Serenity Deck area on the Sunshine. The pool and waterfall area is amazing! We sailed on her for the 2nd time last month.

I just print in black and white and never have a problem. I use the tag holders that I got at favors by serendipity dot com and have had them since 2009.

I already have the FB app loaded onto the iPad and I'll go ahead and load the Carnival app (just in case) and I'll hope they leave me good instructions in the cabin. Thanks!
If you EVER have a question just go to guest services and really the crew uses the same apps and are wiling to help. I personally needed to go and asked a question as I lost the service and my problem was quickly solved.

Yes, it doesn't hurt to download the app prior to your cruise. We used the Social Media pass for $25 on our last two cruises and LOVED IT! We were able to post photo's on FB and use the messenger to keep in contact with our family at home.

Yes! Download the app prior to sailing. We used the Social Media plan for $25 on our last two cruises and it was great!. We posted pictures on FB and used Messenger to stay in contract with the family at home. It was so worth it for us.

I am really torn now between the Magic from Port Canaveral and the Breeze from Galveston. First off Port Canaveral is 3+ hours closer of a drive for us from Ontario. Also I have done the drive to Orlando before. The problems are the Magic is roughly $300 more for our family of 6. The other is my wife really wanted to cruise in Febuary and the Magic cruise that is the best price leaves Jan. 6 2018, where as the Breeze leaves Feb 25/ 2018. What would you guys do??
We have cruise on the Magic before with the next cruise in a few weeks. I like the ship a lot. However, we were on the Breeze in November and we LOVED it! I love going out of Galveston as I like the area. You can't go wrong with either one. Guys Burgers are good and much better than what was offered before on the Lido Decks. Your options are wide open so, you can go simple with a Plain Jane (that's me) or go all out and add your extra toppings with options galore!

We have Thanksgiving and Christmas booked and they will be our FIRST holiday cruises. Can't wait! Now if the airfare will just come down!!!!

If you both are in the same room, then yes, you will go on board together. I just did this and since we both had 1 piece of luggage each I put one of my luggage tags on hers. Then both pieces arrive at the same time.
