We are cruising out of Miami Terminal E. Our cruise line suggested we park at the garage at Terminal C. But looking at the maps, it appears that there is a large surface lot directly across from Terminal E. Does anyone know, is that lot the same price ($22/night). And does it fill up, making it really unavailable? TIA.
