Thanks for all your help. I contacted Cunard directly and sent them all the information. They still turned me down claiming I had some other promotion that didn't allow me more OBC. The only thing I can think of is that they gave me some credit for being a teacher. I'm a bit disappointed, but I certainly won't let it interfere with having a great cruise.
