was on it two weeks ago, had the serenity deck added and some new areas painted.

sailing on the conquest on Sunday and just got an email telling us to arrive one hour later than scheduled- we are a party of 21 and the only time the hotel can transfer all of us is at 9:30- are we going to have a problem getting into the terminal? We fully understand that we may have to wait extra time to board.

Sailing this Sunday on the Conquest 6 day - can someone tell me which nights will be the formal nights? Thanks!

If I purchase $500 worth of gift cards from Verizon to apply to my sign and sail card and do not use all of the $500 while on board, can I go to the casino and cash it out? As you all know the Verizon gift cards are purchased at a discount so I am wondering if I would only be able to get the amount I paid for the gift card or if it would be the total value of the gift card? Not looking to scam anyone just trying to understand what happens if I dont spend it all on board. Thanks!

We usually bring our own pool floats to use in other ports, will we be allowed to use them in Amber Cover?

Did they have music trivia in the lobby? We were on the Sensation in March and they had music trivia in the lobby a few nights and it pretty much turned into karaoke - it was awesome!

I just went on both Allstate and Verizon rewards to purchase the $100 E-Gift cards. It shows that the E-Gift is available, but when I proceed to check out it only allows me to select regular mail as opposed to Email. Anyone have this same issue?

Correction - I just looked and it does say that email is an option on Verizon but I can also only select mail.

Is it possible that the Hyatt website shows no rooms available for the dates I need that valuetrips will have some rooms available?

A few weeks back I booked the early save rate with reduced deposits, today I see that there is a price drop under the early saver rate - if I submit the price drop request will I need to pay the full deposit??

I have called a few hotels but most require 10 or more rooms for a group rate - I only need 5 rooms.

Yes we are all on the same flight so arriving at same time.

We have a party of 21 sailing on the Conquest in November - I am looking for a hotel that offers free shuttle from the FLL airport and a shuttle to the FLL cruise port in the morning - any suggestions?

We did self assist a few weeks ago and were off the ship and through customs before 830am. If you get lucky and that happens to you then yes you will make your flight. There is a ton of cabs waiting outside to take you to airport.

We walked down the beach to Jacks Shack - you can rent 2 chairs with umbrella for $10. They had great food and drinks (very inexpensive) and free wifi.

The only day I found the pool area to be busy was the day at sea (which you would expect). I was able to get 2 chairs next to the pool around 10am, made the mistake of giving them up around noon time. Was able to find more chairs around 2 up by the water slides.

I sailed on the Sensation a few weeks ago - we loved the bar outside the casino at night - the bartenders where great and there was always some sort of live music being played right behind us.

The other fun thing we did was we went to the trivia in the lobby at night - the cruise director Mat made it a ton of fun!!!
