Sid,
Thank you for taking the time to take us with you on this trip. The pictures were great, the commentary was informative and interesting. Safe travels back home, and know that you touched each of us in a special way... each different... but special. You are quite a unique man and I thouroughly enjoyed your review!

I guess that I have to get at least one proper Guy's burger before I go, but I'll wait till a little later. Those three Street Eats were basically a meal...
We never had a Guy Burger in December. We discovered the gyros on Lido and had that and gelato almost every day for lunch! The food options on that ship are awesome!

Open question for anyone here who knows the answer. This Chibang first time free, $8 second time. Does that apply to everyone...so it's no longer a part of the YTD? Also does Cucina have the same deal or just Chibang? I know on Mardi Gras and Celebration there were times I ate there just because it was close to my room. But for an upcharge I'd rather do Emeril's or something.
with YTD the first time at Chibang and Cucina are free and subsequent visits are $8 per person, even though it is considered one of your main dining room options.
Was on Celebration in early December with YTD

On the Excel Class ships your YTD dining room is the MDR, Chibang Or Cucina. You can select whichever is first available or one specifically when checking in on the app.
we were on Celebration in early December and had YTD.
we were able to check in for Chibang and Cucina as soon as the restaurants opend, however those without YTD had to wait until 7:30 to check in I believe.
And the second visit to Chibang and Cucina are $8 per person for dinner as stated above, even if you have YTD

Sid,
That was the most beautiful tour of San Juan that I have ever seen! I have walked around the city on many cruises and have never seen the beauty that you captured in your photos!
Thank you so very much!
If you are really never going to do another LIVE review, at least we have been able to experience this one with you.
Enjoy the rest of your cruise.

Not much change to this sailing. Why fix perfection?! 😆 I snagged Cheers with a discount code (10% off) from that time the website glitched and only charged for one day. I would have appreciated that price more, but I’ll take the 10% off.
This time, we are trying out Havana. We have a Havana interior after taking a $55 upgrade offer. Excited to try out the tiny pool, the outside bar, and wave at the normies from this elite area. 😉Just stayed in a Havana Interior on Celebration in Dec and LOVED it!! Enjoy
Have a great cruise!!

not pig and anchor food
hot dogs, tiny ham and cheese sandwiches, french fries, chicago style pizza, chicken nuggets, potato salad, cookies.
I am sure that I am missing some items. It gets VERY crowded and when food is gone it is gone.

As for the Celebration in early December, we received an email stating the drop and go policy for staterooms. Also another email explaining the Your Time Dining venues.

on Celebration last week the cooked to order eggs on Lido were still available.

Overall, though, the food on this cruise was way better than last spring on the Horizon. The Celebration was a hit in my book.

There were three separate sources of veggies, IIRC: onions, red/green pepper mix, and tomatoes, and you could get what ever you wanted - all or one or none.
On Celebration last week the three veggies were already mixed together in a bowl and could not order seperate. Also there was no BLT listed on the deli menu, and my meat on sandwich was cold after being heated,

I only scrolled through the first two pages and saw the revised menu. Does this mean they no longer have the skillet cake and 12 hours french toast???
Just off Celebration and yes they have both

Some do, some don't. 18% gratuity is added to Chef's Table, for example.
Does Rudi's charge include the tip?

Just off Celebration. Both Lido and Dining Room offer the same three omelet offerings as previously discussed. I have to say that at least on Lido some of the passengers waiting in line for the cooked omelets were not pleased with the no spinach, no mushroom and no bacon offerings. The omelets were delicious in both locations, so at least that is a good thing.

Thank you Tom! you are always so helpful to people on this board.

I think for our Horizon sailing last April we left from the new Celebration Terminal but didn't realize how far it was from Garage D where we parked! So I am hoping that tomorrow we can park in G as it looks much closer to Terminal F
Thank you everyone for your help with this parking info!!!!

looking on the port map it shows parking garage G as the closest to Terminal F. Has anyone been able to park in that garage?
