So I changed my cruise last cruise seating time was not available so we took mtd which actually I seem to like better. Now they are telling it's not available on our new sailing only late seating at 8!! Everything always is booked one way or the other. I was settled on Mtd. I'll try to switch if I can does anyone know if this can be done. We eat 3-4 nights in main room and other 3 specialty

The staterooms are identical on Oasis and Allure.

Actually im going from a interior to a balcony so that's what it is I wastrying to compare or justify the price difference. Never sailed a balcony before.

We needed to move our cruise up (summer cruise) to beginning of July we had booked oasis end of July for 2 interiors next to each other as we have 5 of us tried for HOS but just could not swallow (gulp) a 2k plus price jump for rooms on deck 3 . we are able to move to the Allure - western with a balcony and interior across the hall. Deck 7. Same gratuities included, Additional 50 obc and spa treatment. Not sure if it's worth the additional price but we are getting a nicer room.and the week we want. But how is the Western itinerary? . Haven't been to Jamaica in years we go to Cancun a lot and Haiti? Just not as impressed even tho Jamaica is beautiful I prefer the eastern unless cayman or another island was in there for west. Anyone recently done this one and how do the rooms compare. My husbands not thrilled with Haiti.

If final pay wasn't due why couldn't u cancel and try to rebook at lower price. ?

Nice especially that far out. I check daily because I want to change my week but no such luck.

We are going in the summer so it will depend on when u go and how far in advance you book. Summer is pricier and it's close

Oasis came in cheaper for us so it's the 2nd time vs trying allure. But I think they are virtually the same

Were you at the Sunset Beach Bar on Maho?

I don't see all the hype with this beach. We did a tour which included a few hours there. It was incredibly crowded and not a huge area to really find a spot. We have booked this itinerary again and I'm thinking if anorthe spot. I want to try a beach club at orient but worried as I'll have kids. I just not going back to maho

I've gone in to check the price of my already booked cruise several times today to see if the "sale" will lower my price or encourage me to upgrade. While I can choose the ship and date, once I hit "book" to see pricing, it goes to a blank page.

so if you remove the 3rd person more than 15 days out, i'm assuming they keep you in the room you booked with the bonus bed so to speak. its not like its a larger cabin is it?

Yes but u still pay for it as if you are only 15 days out I don't believe u get a full refund fir cancelling.

Rooms of 3 are hard to come by. I'm thinking u would have to change to a room of 2 or pay for the third person. Usually u don't get a room for 3 without paying for it. What u could do is hold two rooms a 2 and 3 maybe and 90 days out make the decision or just know u may pay higher prices due to having to have a room for 3

Thank you I guess the two big differences are the slides (not really $500) value lol and the other thing is Harmony has the Royal IQ app. We will need that for sure otherwise will have to purchase internet for the communication with kids when they go on their own around the ship. How about the shows would there be some special show on Harmony not to miss? Also does Oasis play outdoor movies. The boys loved doing that in the evenings. Thank you all for help.

Yes they are pretty much same with lots of shows, entertainment,etc shows maybe different from ship to ship As in what above poster said. Butvthey offer most the same in entertainmrnt. I believe they both have the flowrider, zip line etc

I am also deciding between Harmony and Oasis. We have two boys 12 and 14 and I don't see any water slides on any pictures or videos. Does Oasis have any waterslides? Which one would be better with kids? About $500.00 difference.

I've done oasis so in my opinion they are both excellent choices for kids. Whether one is better than the other read above. Not much difference except slides. By far one of my kids (teens especially) favorite trip. There's a ton to do! And they were 13 and 10 and 5 at the time. Now thry will be 17,14, and 9. Stoked!

Not sure how families survive. I'm trying to rebook my cruise for this summer, ( yeh I know high season) but kids are out if school. I can't find any lower priced cabins for two near each other for less than 7k for 5. ( oasis class) I ended up rebooking oasis eastern although we did this same ship and itinerary 4 years ago. I am excited as we got two cabins right next door but I'd prefer either a different ship or itinerary but can't find similar pricing! How to u all do it

For us two cabins about 800-1k dollars more. And western Caribbean vs eastern everything else same (dates)

Question as well. Since I don't have my obc yet to use I was thinking of maybe dong it on board but now I'm hearing it's priced higher ? So essentially I have to buy ahead of time to get a deal?? Did the sane go for dinners?
