I agree the Breakaway is a wonderful ship~~I went in October to Bermuda but Florida and the Bahamas you can keep! I was looking at the Gem for next year also~~at then nine-day cruise! Love the islands and the Gem!:)

I was on the October 6th cruise to Bermuda and the nightlife was great~~H20 always was crowded and most of the time Bliss was just O.K.I just roamed from one thing to another and I cruised single~~our single group was great~~they like to party!:)

just love H20~~I went there every morning and just sit in a very soft sunken chair, put my feel up and let the ocean go by~~lot of people were in the hot tubs and at night it opens into a disco~~great place to see the fireworks also! The pool is a deck down! I will say you could always find a chair by the pool, did not get the vibe pass nor spa pass! Happy sailing!:)

I know that is a bummer~~I was so lucky on the "Gem" in "2011"~~we were able to tender~~but they were telling us also~~be ready not to tender if the weather is not just right! The island is nice~~maybe next time on your next cruise~~I wish I was on the "Breakaway" right now~~had so much fun going to Bermuda on it and the warm weather~~not like cold here in New York!:)

I always watch prices~~that is how I got my balcony on the Breakaway for just me instead of the studio cabin! Happy 25th Anniversary! I always cruise alone~~leave the husband at home~~not a traveler and have more fun~~no one to tie me down! Enjoy!:)

Cayo is nice~~try it~~it is beautiful and the tender ride is not long at all~~went there in "2008" on my first cruise!

I also have a balcony all the time~~but almost got sucked out of my cabin~~I forgot the balcony door was open and opened my cabin door to put my suitcase out to be picked out to disembark the next morning

~~lucky there was a man who worked on the ship outside my door and he helped me with my suitcase so I did not get blown away~~happy sailing and enjoy your balcony!:)

Yes, you will hear H20 from your balcony~~I was on deck 10 and heard~~of course I was up there most of the time and also love music!:)

:)I was so lucky this time, my neighbors on either side did not smoke! I enjoyed my balcony so much more, I have been on other ships and the smokers were out in full force!

Just have loads of fun like I did on the "Breakaway"~~what a ship~~and of course do not forget what everyone told you to bring! Happy sailing! Already looking for my next cruise!:)

I can say one thing about deck 10 balcony~~I felt my neighbor on my right was in my cabin and my neighbor on my left was in my cabin~~never felt that way before~~heard a lot! Good thing I never was in my cabin much~~always out! I rocked out on Saturday coming back from Bermuda~~was in very back of ship~~but I never get sea sick~~thank God!:)

I have been to Bermuda four times~~so did Horseshoe Bay, glass bottom boat, tip of the Bermuda triangle so this time it was a private resort~~Cocoa Reef Resort by reservation only~~you have to e-mail them for a reservation~~the most beautiful day~~just the people staying there~~beach, pool and a two-course lunch and a glass of wine for $49.00~~I even fell asleep! Took the ferry to Hamilton and a taxi! Have a fun time whatever you do! Bermuda is great!:)

go to one of the dining rooms and eat and then explore the ship and wait for the announcement that cabins are open~~you are on vacation! Have a great time!:)

The Spirit was my first cruise in "2008" out of NYC for nine days to the Eastern Caribbean~~she is a beautiful ship and will always remember my first cruise and I am so glad it was the Spirit!:)

I was on the "Gem" in 2011~~I took the spa pass and it was $119.00 a week~~it includes the women's side which is two separate whirlpools, a sauna and loungers~~you have a room where it is both men and women and it includes a large whirlpool, titled heated loungers, tea, water,etc, You can use it anytime I loved it! On the "Breakaway" it is $199.00 a week which I am going on in October and that included the salt room! Good luck and have a great cruise!:)

I bought it on my "2011" cruise on the Gem and it was worth every penny~~$119.00 for seven days and is open from morning to night! It was never crowded! The Breakaway is going to cost me $199.00 for seven days~~do not know if I will buy a pass for the spa!:)

I think the studio cabins have no coffee makers so I am bringing my own one-cup one~~will be on the ship back to back cruise~~I know the studio lounge has coffee but I will have to get dressed to go there!:)
