Ok! I found a way in through manage and then went to different services.

I got the same message. "Something went wrong, please try again." This has been popping up for a few days now. Doesn't say sold out or anything else.

Are you not able to order these items now? I see no water/beverages to order. Also will not let me order a spa relaxation? Thought I would ask before I call my pvp to see if anyone else has experienced this. Thank you!

Approx 10 days on our July 29th cancellation. We'll see in a few days how long our October 5th cancellation will take.

Yes! Hubby's favorite cabin. That's why we were so disappointed when they cancelled our 2 cruises booked in that cabin.
Now none of those ships in Galveston..

When the lights were on we lowered the shades. At night, if the lights were off, we would open them. Really beautiful on a full moon night.

My favorite cabin! Freedom, for sure. Radiance was going to have them. We had 2 cruises cancelled and had that cabin.

We just called our PVP and rolled all over too. The non-refund was a FCC and the refundable was treated like a cash payment. The obc credit looks great too.. that was an April cruise cancellation.

I did receive notification that the excursion was cancelled and do not see that one on my cruise manager. I can see where I rebooked under the correct name.

Made an error booking an excursion on line. Immediately went and cancelled it. That's been almost 30 days and no refund for that yet. It wasn't a cheap excursion either. Seems like the refund could have been more automatic?

I put my cabin on the 24 hr hold, I think it is a 48 hr hold, also. Then I email my pvp and tell her I have a cabin on hold and need to book. She gets back to me really quickly..

We rebooked with our PVP and had to put a deposit down, then the fcc was added. I did everything through our PVP at one time. Cancelled and booked the new cruise.

The price just dropped significantly again so I submitted another form this afternoon, and I got an automatic email back saying that I wasn’t qualified for a price drop because my booking wasn’t early saver.
I submitted one also this am and got the same rejection. I was trying to help my PVP out as I know how swamped she must be. I then emailed her and she took care of it and sent me a new cabin confirmation. So frustrating..

Do you have to apply the fcc to a new booking or can you apply it to a cruise already booked? I know I can call Carnival but the wait..Thanks for any help on this..

If you get obc because of a price match, the price you paid for the cruise vs now price, is that obc refundable? This is not credit which would be tied to a rate like $xx with $50obc.
I know most is non refundable but seems like this would be refundable???

Did they possibly change that cabin to handicap?? I have noticed on a certain class one cabin has always been for 2, now some are changed to 3.

We have ask the room steward to bring us a chair. We scoot the vanity stool underneath the mirror and put it there. Then move it to the other side at night out of his way. This is with the beds made into a king.

December on the Dream had the lunch. In May had the party. Happy the lunch is coming back.
