I think I remember reading something about them doing a staff shake down cruise on the 26th. Maybe that is what it is showing.

With Royal continuing to say the last round of cancelled cruises would go as planned up until 5 days before sailing - why should we believe that this is any different? Don't get me wrong, I sure hope there are no more cancellations but its hard to believe them.

Looks like they are doing lots of work. Hope they get finished soon.

Empress seems to be missing from all of the June Nassau days on that site. http://Www.cruisetimetables.com seems to be updated.

I am hoping that since they have just started posting pictures again that this is a good sign. It's so hard to trust them, but I really want to look foreward to this cruise .

Thank you for the information. We have upgraded my daughters honeymoon cabin from ocean view to balcony and didn't want to choose a bad area.

Booked a balcony room on 10th floor near the studio lounge. Just making sure that this isn't a loud area. Doesn't appear to be, but just wanted to make sure.

I have seen several dates say Sold Out then with open rooms again. I think several sailings are very close out.

I have been on NCL Sky several times and much preferred it over Majesty. I assume that Getaway would be even better. I loved the open air dining on back of ship. I would choose NCL over Royal whenever possible- especially with the freebies.

My cruise isn't till June 16. Am I right thinking that I would lose my $100 deposit by cancelling or moving ships now?

I have booked the kids the dolphin swim through Atlantis, but was thinking it is always easier to book through the ship for transportation issues. I would like to book the dig and aquarium, but think that I have to do it there. I heard that their is a water taxi that goes to Atlantis? Anyone ever use that?

So if these cruises really happen, I have questions about the excursions. Our seems to still be messed up. They have Key West info listed on our cruising day. Not many choices listed for Nassau. I know others said earlier that theirs was not right either. Are all of them messed up or have they corrected the ones that are "scheduled" to cruise in a few days.

Any suggestions as to why the April 25 sailing is not showing, not even saying sold out?

The reason I asked was because I am on a June Empress sailing and still not positive that I will be able to go and looking for my back-up plan. Not sure that Majesty right after dry dock is any better option than I have now. Nothing more exciting than that!

Marine traffic shows that Empress moved for about an hour today. Is this probably part of the testing process?

Do they not record all conversations? If they do, and you know the date you called it "should"be easy for them to fix.

Looks like the sold out April 25 sailing are now available again. I take this as a sign that this may really happen. Can't wait to see everyone's pictures!

If it's purchased for them it is refundable and I believe it would be refunded by check 4 to 6 weeks after the cruise. (Of course I do not understand the "end up not using it all" concept;).)

My daughter is going on NCL for her Honeymoon. If people buy them on board credit and they end up not using it all will it be refunded to them after the cruise and how is it refunded? Thanks

So it is possible to book with NCL and pay the excursion before boarding and then the credit is applied to account towards end of cruise? I was thinking that we would have to wait until we were on board to book the excursion.

What did you think of the Hilton Miami Airport? How was the pool? Food options nearby? THanks

When would the expected date be for Empress to leave Freeport to be here for the first sailing?
