If on NCL Breakaway, we are on the same cruise. We used Stefano's Rome Cabs for transfers to/from Civitavecchia and our Rome hotel before and after a Mediterranean cruise in 2022 and highly recommend them. Very easy. Just disembark and look for a driver holding a sign with your name on it. We plan to use them again in April.
