I took it as a challenge  🤪

I just did it and it worked great. My mom and I were on separate airlines tickets. I checked both our bags of luggage so we only had to pay one $25 fee for the service. (I get two free bags)

We took the train from Genoa to Santa Margherita then took the public bus to Portofino. It was easy, the bus stop is near the train station. We beat the ships excursions to Portofino so it was nice to be there before the crowds. On the train ride back we stopped at some of the other cities. It was a great day!

We just got notified this week for our June 24th cruise but in the past we have been notified a few days before the cruise.

Make sure when you do a dummy booking you also check cabins that can hold 4. That availability does not show up when you are checking for 2 passengers.

We went on a Princess Cruise then immediately to a Celebrity cruise last month. The chat feature on the main page on the Princess App Does NOT send chats to your travel companion while the Celebrity App the chat on the main page will….

My husband sent me a nice message on the Princess App….Guest Relations replied 🤣🤣

Last month, we heard 2 days before....late morning

We went to Bermuda a couple of weeks ago...They work on island time (slow)...No rhyme or reason how things are processed but it will get done before you need it. I found calling did not help.

We used My Destiny Car and Limo recently to get from the port to airport. They were right on time and clean SUV

We didn't get one...It is sad because all the Princess Staff encourages us to mention them in the Survey. We had all the names ready...

I don't do well in the front of the ship with rough seas so I bid on Concierge and Aft cabins because I would know where they were...  Good Luck on your bidding!!

We also went to Coconuts at The Reefs. I agree with @dazey . I would like to add that we tried to ride the bus there and the plan was to taxi back since we might be later than the bus. We asked at the vistor center what time we should catch the bus at the dock yard....we got there 30 minutes later and there was never a bus 7. We got a cab and it cost $30 each way. The plus side is that we didn't have to make any other stops.

While you do not see the sun go  down, the sky is unbelievable.

I am not sure but we watched it before we arrived at the port and last year I know we did it the morning of embankment at our hotel 9 ish ??

My DH and I watched it on the same device this past Sunday. It asked who watched the safety video and we marked both of us. We watched the video in the terminal as we waited to board ( and the emergency signal). We found our. Muster station first thing and then we were done.

Surely they should give me an evening dining time as I may not even be onboard by 3pm!!!

 

I was told that the 3 pm slot is just there to hold your package and times are chosen once your board...I will know for sure in a few weeks...

We are having our transportation come at 9 am

Sounds like your reservation was pending and not ticketed.  - but wait you said it was ticketed. If it was ticketed, then Delta should be able to help you with the change....I find chatting with them on the app is easier than waiting forever on hold
