I'm sure they said no gratuities but increase a service charge which is same thing 10 euros a day but sure some had them taken off not happy being charged twice impossible to get hold of them

A nice review I did a cruise on monarch on my own which was OK but apart from dinner with a few English speaking sat join my own didn't see an extra tariff restaurant. I was charged twice still have not found out why! I had to reverse the other charge I have book a transatlantic next year won't use a card again, thanks again four your review

Just returned from s cruise on monarch had a good time shows were great but same menu in dining room was a surprise being charged twice didn't help I'm booked on this cruise

Hope the closer we get the more post we will get booked flight to hamburg on 7th step with easy jet staying in travemunde 2nts and Rostock 1nt after getting off in Bilbao overnight there and Santander then Brittany ferries to Portsmouth
