Apart from the ship tour what is the best way to travel to Port Arthur from the wharf ?

Has anybody stayed in Parramatta in the Sydney suburbs? I find the hotels in Sydney really expensive... what are your thoughts ?

We saw the shows in January, over 20 cruises with Celebrity and I must say I found them awful ! We were tired of the old shows but they were much better. They have to know who is in the audience, I guess it would have been ok for 20 years old but there were none to be seen !

We were on that cruise 2 weeks ago and saw a lot of cruisers take the BIG B bus a hop-on hop off bus operated by Greyhound. They store the luggage and take people to the airport at the end of the day. 3 routes : city, south beach and artistic tour of Miami. Well done, we took it before the cruise and has a lot of passengers that were going to the airport after. It finishes around 5 PM. Check their website.

We have done many cruises (20+) and this one , 3 times, going back in January, fabulous !!!!!

We usually take the bus for $2 each. Turn right on the main street , when you see the market it is on the right, 15 minutes walk.

You need to bring your travel clock.

Just got back from that cruise. Although scheduled we did not dock in Tarascon because of lack of wharf space (?) and were in Avignon one extra day ( but got bused to Arles anyway for the tour). We did not mind, Avignon is a wonderful city with a lot to do. I would hesitate to book a car in Tarascon for that reason. After the cruise we did book a car in Avignon ( TGV station) with Europcar and spend 3 days doing what you want to do. (Europcar)

We love tp eat and have experienced food on many cruises and in many top restaurants and Viking rates very high !

Hey Orlando cruiser we met on the Viking Idi last year and we were both great fans of Celebrity, I agree with you entirely, Celebrity has lost their classy activities. We are going on another Viking river cruise in 2 weeks ( Neptune and Delling) in France. Any chance you will be there ?

I agree , there are not many choices of listening to music anymore. On our last Solstice trip from Hawaii, the choices were limited and awful.

We stayed at the Eurostar last year, great value and everything walkable ( even the ship). Favorite restaurant was Karpatia.

hotel n parking which is part of 123 stay.

I have booked a reservation for Miami with this outfit. After a few months they call to say the hotel was no longer available and offered other choices. I agreed but I have not heard back or have any confirmation. I have called, written and no results. Any suggestions ? I had sent a deposit !!!!

I was under the impression that the elevator tour at Eiffel tower was included ?

In our brochure it says Paris City Tour : Eiffel Tower, Orsay Museum and Notre-Dame. Is it only a drive-by or an extensive tour of each ?
