We are booked on MSC Seaside 02/09/19 in a Grand Suite with the Aurea experience. We have prepaid the service charge and upgraded the drink package to deluxe. We paid just over $4000.00 for both of us.

I check our booking periodically to see if the YC comes available.

I checked yesterday and was shocked to find that the cost of our cruise had more than doubled!

The cruise the following week has also doubled.

The week of the 23rd is back down to what I would consider "normal pricing"

Does anyone know if this is normal practice for MSC or is it another website glitch?

If this is not an error, will they honour the price we booked or could they bump the price of our cruise? Our final payment isn't due till November and I hesitate to complete full payment before then.

Any opinions or experience would be helpful.

Could anyone compare the size of cabin and balconies of 13001 to 11001 on Seaside?

We are considering changing from 13001 to 11001 because it appears that 11001 is a larger cabin but customer service is telling us that the balcony is smaller.

We will have to act fast is we decide to switch.

Could someone compare suites 12003 and 13003 on Seaside. We are currently booked in 12003 Wellness but could possible switch to 13003 Aurea.

Can I leave the ship anytime between 6:45 AM and 10:30 AM regardless of type of accomodation

We are in suite 1568 OS Jewel of the Seas this Sunday (not a hump cabin). Could anyone tell me if this balcony will accommodate two loungers as well as a table and dining chairs? Thank you.

I understand that RC would like everyone out of their cabins by 8:30 on debarkation day. Could someone tell me what time the ship will serve breakfast til? Jewel of the Seas.

Thank you AFloat for your help. First cruise back to RC in 20 years. Since then, we have sailed with Norwegian but the last 3 cruises have been disappointing so we decided to come back to Royal. Last cruise on Royal was on the Radiance.

Sailing on Jewel of the Seas 02/25/18 and we chose my time dining. Can I make reservations online and, if so, could someone please point me in the right direction on RC's website?

We are departing Jewel of the Seas on Feb 25th and this is first time on RC.

Since we are now seniors, we thought we would like to make use of room service several times during our cruise (owners suite)

I would like to know if anyone has placed a standing order for room service to be delivered every morning. Can these orders include cappuccinos. Could room service be ordered from anywhere on the ship and be delivered to the cabin without passengers being in the room. Thank you for your help

Is it feasible to ask your room steward to empty the mini fridge for the duration of your cruise. I have done this on other cruise lines to accommodate wine, coffee creamers, etc.

Does anyone know if Chops would be open for lunch for suite guests?

Is the Windjamer open for lunch on embarkation day? Is it the only venue open for lunch?

Also, can you take food from the Windjamer to your cabin?

Could someone please tell me what would be the latest time you could self disembark on Jewel of the Seas? Our flight time has changed to late afternoon - not enough time to do anything in San Juan but too much time to spend in the airport?

Could any one tell me if there is a wine store at the Pan American pier in San Juan before we board Jewel of the Seas?

We're cruising out of San Juan at 8:30 PM, My question is this - can we check in about noon and then leave the ship to do some sightseeing? We would make sure we would be back on board before 6PM.

I was wondering if anyone has a current menu for the concierge lounge on the Jewel?

Also, if the lounge doesn't have a wine that we like to drink (ie: a Moscato- nothing crazy) would the bartender be able to provide that or is it strictly limited to the menu?
