I will share with you what was tried on me and what finally worked for me and you can take that info to your nephrologist and see what he thinks. If you can find any numbers for protein in any of your tests that would be helpful. You said in the beginning you did a 24 hour urine catch. That is the best indicator of protein loss if you can access those results. So, see you in 2 weeks roughly.

what did you have in mind, regarding treatment.

this morning, I would have a cheese white egg omlette, with grits. Toying with idea of gravy over a biscuit, without sausage in the gravy, since I cannot have it.

Those are definitely kidney disease numbers. That's a crazy high BUN, high creatine and low iron. My creatine at its worst hit 2.0, I had to have iron infusions twice and my egfr bottomed at 21. I believe 17 is dialysis - we were already saving a vein for that just in case. I want to discuss my treatment with you and hopefully Myriam as well. See you at the Meet & Greet. And enjoy that turkey bacon!🦃gobble, gobble

I do not have turkey bacon everyday, once in a while. Have not had any for a long time, intend to have once or twice on the cruise.
WBC 9.3
TIBC 28.1
Glucose 76
Bun 46
creatine 1.84
egfr 38, dropped from 41
sodium 138
potassium 5.0

Have you tried sausage gravy over your grits? There's an eye opener. Same gravy you'd eat on biscuits and gravy but over grits then put those over easy eggs on top. Yum
sausage gravy on a biscuit, was one of my favorites, but due to kidney disease, I cannot have meat, especially pork. But you are correct, it was so good.

good morning, time for breakfast, what would you like and where. I would have 2 overeasy eggs, turkey bacon, grits, fruits, and on course coffee. Not sure where at.

This sailing stayed in the Bahamas due to Hurricane Lee. My friend is on that sailing. People weren't happy but safety first. Oh and she caught covid already 🤦🏻♂️
safety first and always, sad about covid, still with us. If everyone got a shot it would help

It appears you appreciate a good breakfast. They say you can have breakfast for lunch - I'm more of lunch for breakfast as it's 8am and I just finished a bowl of leftover chicken noodle soup. My grandkids call me Garbage Grandma cause if it's a leftover, regardless of age, Grandma eats it! Fuzz on that fruit, scrape it off, eat it. I have been known to occasionally drink the water here as well! GG
no, in the morning or not at all

for breakfast this morning it would be french toast with strawberries on top. Not certain, if I could get strawberriess, but would have anegg white cheese omlette with it.
