I thought it was bad when our April 26 3 day Allure cruise was chartered. At least I was able to switch to the 3 day following the 4 day that was meant to be the 2nd leg of our Allure B2B and even keep the same room.
@sandebeach, I hope you’re able to find options that will work for you.
Thank you!

We have done NYE cruises since Covid and yes, you need to make reservations for tables at different areas. On Oasis-class ships you even have to reserve tables down on the Promenade.

Was just reading this on the Blog. Was a little surprised.

I have purchased both... I think the UDP, when on sale, is the best value. Odyssey is great since she has a lot of options.
We did two nights in Chops, two night in Giovanni's, two nights in Hibachi and one night in Wonderland. If I was cruising Odyssey again I'd do it the same way and pay the uncharge for the hibachi. It was very, very good.
For lunches, beyond the specialty restaurants on sea days, you have the option of Playmakers which has great food and the English Pub. Odyssey's pub is the only one, that I know of, that serves food. We ate there for lunch at least three days, if I remember right, on our 8 day cruise.
Currently on Anthem and bought nachos and cheese wedges last night in the Pub.

Captain also announced that this will not affect our Sunday arrival to Madeira.

In December did the tour to the top of Mount Isabelle to see the views from the cable car station and to see the Christ the Redeemer statue. Then our bus took us to town, where we had a guided tour of the chocolate factory and the downtown area. The next time we went we stayed in the port area, had lunch and shopped.

They may wait to hype this new class until Star is launched.

Waiting to hear more details about the partnership with Hard Rock and whether we will get some great hotel deals.

Icon is excluded. For your Prime cruise, you must book and sail by March 31, 2025, any 7- day cruise that is not on the excluded list.

I would have loved to have gone to Grand Turk on Independence, instead of CocoCay. It has been a while since we went to Grand Turk, we were on Carnival.

Sandebeach: I'm curious about your upcoming cruise list. If you're sailing every month, how long would you say you're actually at home relative to days at sea !?! Unless some of them are shorter 1-2 week cruises, I don't see that you're home all that much. Incredibly busy travel schedule! I couldn't do it.
We are retired and live in South Florida. We try to cruise at least once a month, but will cruise more if we get deals/discounts through the casino. Many of our cruises are 4 days, so we will try to add on a 3-day to make it a week or more. We are also trying to do our bucket list travel cruises now, while we are both healthy and mobile.

Just saw on a FB page that Adventure of the Seas pulled into Labadee at midnight one night and delivered supplies. The supplies might be for the people living there?
-
We saw Showband last month on Icon. I enjoyed it but my husband got bored with it.
-
-
We loved Coastal Kitchen on Icon. It is the only two-story CK in the fleet. We also loved the Suite Sun Deck and the Grove (buffet area with sandwiches and small plates, open usually in the afternoon).

I got an email two days ago. Club Royale Signature and Master's level get a complimentary annual stay at select Hard Rock hotels. One player posted that they called, and it is up to 3 nights complimentary stay, must be completed by March 31, 2025. He booked at the Hard Rock Hollywood for before his July cruise. Resort fees are waived, and Signature gets $300 food/spa credit, while Masters gets $600.
