Hi! This will be our first time going to Harvest Caye. Is it possible to book a non NCL excursion from Harvest Caye into Belize or do they not allow any outside companies to pick up or drop off at the Caye Thanks

Hello We are booked on the NCL Joy in the Haven for December. I was under the impression that booking in the Haven gives you free specialty dining for 2 people and free premium beverage package. However, when I go online to make specialty dining reservations, it is charging me per person for each person in our party (we are 3 people). In addition, the reservations for dining are only allowing me to book for 2 or 4 people. Also in my dashboard, it is asking if I want to upgrade to the premium beverage package. Can someone help explain to me what is going on? TIA
