  1. After breakfast, it's Meet and Mingle time at Dazzles at 8, followed by Boogie Boarding on 15 then C & A Recognition Party at Boardwalk on 6...Oh Zumba Dance Fitness on RP on 5...THAT's ALL IN THE MORNING :eek: DW's highlighter was out (I hate that to the nth degree) I am the adventure/fly by seat of pants type. Why worry about what was on? Just explore!!

You almost caught my wife and I in the Meet and mingle Photo.. we were just to the right of the camera angle.. Great Review, love reliving the fun week.. Did you go to the Love and Marriage Show, we were the middle couple married 30 years, Sally and Kevin Would love to see a photo fo us if you have nay of the show... Thanks.. Keep it coming..

  2. Ok second last work day before cruise now in history book. Really getting into the vacation mood now....I can smell the salt water.

We will be on the same cruise. Flying out tomorrow am. Supposed to be great weather and we are the only Ship in port in St. Thomas and St. Maarten... Thank God, St. John's is open again, looking forward to going to Trunk Bay for some snorkeling.... See you at the Meet and mingle, if not sooner... Bon Voyage

  3. Labadee was nice and very pretty and next time I visit, I will book an excursion as I really didn’t like beach area, the lack of umbrellas and the food. I just hate to pre-book excursions as I like to see what the weather is going to be like prior. The only time I have booked excursions was on our Hawaii sailing on our honeymoon other than that we do things on our own or hire a driver.

Beautiful pictures, on the other side of the straw market, there is another beach, Columbus Cove, which is not rocky with lots of shade and loungers.. like a regular carribbean beach.. check it out next time..

  4. RE:cool:: your cabins- Which room # had the bed closest to the balcony window...

When you docked in Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Maarten how were your views from your balcony..were you facing the Atlantis, land or out to the harbor...

Was it a major hassle to get to and from St. John.. we were planning on doing the same trip to Trunk Bay when we take the allure next year.. How long was the ferry ride to and from St. John.... and roughly combined time total each way from ship to St. John and return trip....

About St. Martin.. we used Bernard tours the last time but was thinking about just taking a taxi to the beach near Maho and then walking 10-15 minutes over to Maho to see some of the bigger planes come in...how long did it take you to return to the ship from maho beach....

Thank you for your review.. it was excellent... went on oasis last October and doing allure next October... hope you all had a great time... Thanks.

  5. Taking allure in a few months- Eastern Caribbean. wanted to know, was your outside balcony suite on the starboard side or port side..and what deck were you on? When you docked in Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Maarten, how were your views from your balcony? what side of the ship is better to book for a balcony cabin... We are going to be portside on the 12th deck just before the first hump...

Also- RE: Maho Beach- what time did you get there to the beach and when did you leave to get back on the ship... how many planes were you able to see...how much was taxi ride each way... any answers would be very helpful.... Wonderful review and excellent pictures- what type of camera did you use also... Thanks for the entertainment..

  6. Just got off the Oasis on Saturday-

    1. Sail Away Spot- 11th deck Portside Aft Go to PortEverglades.com sign up for a sailaway video shot. Best spot to be..

    2. Park Cafe the first day- great selection good food, not crowded

    3. See all the shows- top notch, especially Hairspray, like a Broadway production.

    4. Do the zip line and flowrider- I am 52 and did it several times.

    5. Labadee- go to Columbus Cove for the best location

    6. Falmouth- stay on the ship- Tourist trap for shopping only

    7. Cozumel- Nachi Cocum resort- book ahead of time Just don't drink too much

    8. Get involved in activities- Don't do Bingo - Rip off $50 a session.

    9. Easiest on and off the Ship I have ever encountered (9 cruises)

    10. Sit back enjoy and drink up. Tip a good pool waiter early in the week and he will be your friend the rest of the time- Look for Dwayne from Jamaica- Tell him Kevin and sally sent him.. Have Fun....
